    Great vid Sven. We learn more from our failures that our successes. Now, on to that ASMR, soothing Bob Ross voice over lol. I was waiting for you to say 'there are no mistakes, just happy accidents', but I don't think that applies to woodworking :).

    Massive thanks for this. I watched this to find a good finish for coasters (I was torn between lacquer and oil, so that worked out perfect). The best bit of all though, was your use of the glue gun, on the jointer sled for your planer. Super easy method and worked really well.

    I think you should shim the bent wood before planing, but looks like it worked out well too. Very nice coasters, sir.
