I really enjoyed this video. Any short film that combines a real-life scenario, an ironic ending, and pre-COVID-reality humour deserves a comment, thumbs up, and 5-star rating!

That’s so hilarious. A truly pure comedy that don’t need scripts or talks. I almost cried when he took out his calculator and assume the people weight. There is no offense to the obesity people or swine flu patients, the film just give us laughs from basic things in our life. I also love the music and the mise en scene, all components in the film synthesize very well. Thanks for the film, peace.
I love this short. Makes you appreciate life and reminds you that the grass is not always greenER. But the look on his face when big boy entered the elevator... lol
Fun fact! The weight limit on an elevator is often times 4x less than what it really is. This is done because they want to scare people away who have extremely heavy items. An elevator can hold the weight of every human that can fit in it’s entire cubic space and be fine. It has a problem when your carrying in a supermassive tank of water or huge amounts of metal or extremely heavy furniture.
@Rasheed Bengdon which is why you always need to cross-referemce before taking something as absolute fact. Good call! Though, an elevator that size (and considering the time this was made), the machine drive would still be able to hold all of them safely. The weight limit could range from 2000-4000 lbs if they're using proper counterweights. PikaBlu is technically correct
I know your thinking "take the stairs". I've done exactly this after seeing the people in the elevator. So I fly up the stairs 5 floors up only to find it locked. Go back downstairs the way I came and it too is locked. Talk about a F'd up hospital that had this type of arrangement. The security camera picked me up and they came to the rescue. LoL.
I didn't have any expectations and sat to watch freshly. Amazing humorous short film. I couldn't control my laughter when he opens his calculator, looks at that woman and types 245...Epic shot...thanks for making this day have a great ending!
I´m going to use this short in my ESL C1 class for a discussion on COMMUNICATION. Quite real for anyone who ever worked in an Office Tower. I've been on an elevator where an incredibly obese couple got on with a few less folk than the max allowable & the elevator actually shook until near 1/2 the other people got off, whom I suspected did so out of fear. Also, haven't been sick with the flu at all since no longer working in an Office. Astounding how many A holes feel the need to share their disease as though revenge on the rest of us because they got sick, open mouth coughing in an enclosed space etc.

@rasheedbengdon8163 That's my suspicion too, since basically humans are water so it should weigh about the same as an equal volume of water.
