Yes 🙌🏽 it took a few spins to get it perfect. If you add a serving of pudding mix like (simply delish) or a yogurt it comes out even better.

That sushi bowl looked so good. A great way to eat a big helping of veggie sushi! I’m going to try it. Have you thought about adding any sprouts? Nothing more nutritious (and delicious) - I think some broccoli sprouts or mixed sprouts would be a great addition. Thanks for sharing and good luck with your prep.

I’m prepping the fritters for snack next week - every time you show it I’m like
And the hunger thing I’ve been really thinkinga about lately (I’m also in a deficit rn and for context I used to be very obese so I think my brain is still wired to send emergency signals any time I’m even slightly hungry 😂) and I’ve landed on just accepting it as part of the process like you said. I see it as a passing thought that I don’t have to react to, like just a knee jerk reaction from my brain realizing I’m taking in less calories. I remind myself that I have a next meal coming, I have an appropriate/reasonable/safe calorie target, I’m not crash dieting like a yahoo - so it’s just a feeling.
Exactly! I love your mindset and a good reminder to note: it's a temporary feeling. You wont be dieting forever. You got this!!!

@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef yes! Definitely works better to use milk like almond milk versus water, but if you have the fats to spare lite coconut milk makes it extra creamy. I do the light ice cream setting and add more liquid, then do the regular ice cream setting….If I’m adding something into it then do mix in or re spin depending on the consistency! but the first two spins at light ice cream and then regular is key!!

Depends...every 5-6th week or when my body needs it.
So now I’m really feeling compelled to buy the ninja creami! Had it in my head I could only use like frozen fruit. But 🤯, flax milk and protein powder!!!!
