Dear Dr. Shahine, many thanks for these amazing tips as always! I have just received a positive OPK test while watching them which I am taking as a great sign!
Great video doc ! I’m just confused as I do have a 27 day cycle which is like a clock , (very regular) but I hardly have the thin cervical mucus . So does it mean I’m ovulating or not ?

Hey Dr. Shahine, Just checked your youtube, really great stuff. I was wondering are you looking for a short or long form video editor ? Or Whole UA-cam management ?
What REALLY irks me is apps not working with a cycle longer than 38 days. I've been tracking with ovu kits on and off for a year and I'm very sure about my cycle, it's just longer than "normal" people have. If the app worked well it would predict it for me but now I do the math every time and it all adds up. I would love to hear your thoughts about this though, because there is always the little doubt in my head- am I doomed, or will we be able to get preggo?
I had lost my baby on Jan 4 22 weeks pregnancy😭 I'm more confused when to plan again and my period came on Feb 3 Can I plan this month or wait for 3 months

I know I'm not ovulating. My progesterone level was at 0.1 ng/mL 3 months post BC. It's been 6 months post BC and still no luck. Periods are regular just very light. Had an HSG done and tubes are open . I then thought it was my prolactin levels ,they're within normal, but on the higher end, at 17ng/mL. I had galactorrhea which is why i got prescribed cabergoline. I now think my thyroid is to blame. It could be that my thyroid levels might be preventing me from getting pregnant. These are my thyroid levels My TSH 3 months post BC was 1.630 uIU/mL 2 months later 0.806 uIU/mL My T4 is 1.48 ng/mL (TPO ) Ab is

Great content, super informative! Just one thing though, can we please use "women" rather than "people". People do not ovulate, women do. Using terminology like people is confusing and especially unfair on women for whom English isn't their first language and for women trying to learn. Please don't erase women from something that only women do. Love your content though ❤
I appreciate your feedback. Some people who ovulate or have eggs do not identify as women and some people with sperm do not identify as men. I do say men and women from time to time but trying to be inclusive and respectful❤
I agree with you, it's not only confusing, but biologically wrong. You can't be inclusive to everyone - there are people that identify as animals, yet we still refer to humans as people... For now, anyway.
@@kzfingerprint absolutely agree with this. It also makes the content so much less trustworthy. If a DOCTOR can't figure out what a woman is, then humanity is lost.
Can you do a video on thyroid and how it affects ovulation.
This is a great topic that I can discuss in a future post. Thank you for the suggestion and thank you for watching

Sorry, but to add to this, while you're trying to be inclusive and not offend the ~1% you're offending the remaining ~99%.
