Great shave Don. I got the new twig razor and it was awesome. Even with a Feather blade, I found it to be mild and comfortable. Too bad my skin won't let me use my leaf and twig razors.

Wow! I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt or worse in that fall, Don. Nice review of The Twig razor. I agree, it's a good shaver. I think my main concern would be the apparent fragility of the razor. And I still prefer the shaves my RazoRock BBS gives me.

I'm waiting for my (gold) Twig to arrive here in Sweden. I already have Twigs "bigger brother", the Leaf Shave razor (you can load up to 3 half-blades, I only load it with 2 half-blades), and that is my go to head/dome shaving razor.
So sorry to hear about your fall. It wasn't your time to leave us. For that we are all happy. It's a really a nice design on that razor. It is a pity they could not or would not find an American manufacturer.

*_The twig is a single edge razor not a double edge so if you looking for a DE this is not for you how ever I have gotten great shave with it better than some DE razors I've used in the past. The razor is not the only factor in getting a close shaving so remember the blade has a lot to do with it._*
@@geokovacs3335 The angle you hold a razor is typically at 45 degrees but it a little different for everyone as for a smother shave if your doing things right and using product like soap or preshave that works for you they wold both give you great shave its just not one thing that's going to be the the best. finding this out the combination of things is the work that must be done to get that smooth great shave and one persons selections does not mean it going to be the right one for you

OH a few weeks ago I slipped on the ice at the train station and fell down a few flights of stairs ruined my back but since then things are somewhat back to normal
How close is this shave.....compared to the Ocam or the German Slant you use....... Hope you do a one to one comparison......I am tempted.... Amazon sells hafblades and are cheap.....6 varieties...... Hope you heal well, those fall happen so quickly and hurt like hell

Your welcome Donald. I like the razor now that I use feather blades instead of leaf blades. The leaf blades went dull in two shaves. I just have to careful because I get cut easily
Well doesn't everyone Bob? Most of the time I use the Occam's Razor I have two the first release and the updated Nano both allow me to have a cut free shave no matter how aggressive I am unfortunately they are no long available they have been Out Of Stock for years. Thanks for watching Bob
