I'm new to rc drifting but not new to setting up race cars and trying to apply the sane fundamentals
new wheels from asbo rc asborc.com check out his shop
pinion 48dp 3.175mm shaft from driftmanjirc.com
That shop track setup is awesome!
Thanks dude need to make some removable barriers busy shop in the day time
I have a 2.0 and a yd2z. Bought both used. The yd2z if far more upgraded. It feels like a cheat code going from the 2.0 to the yd2z
We felt the rmx was very stable the yd2z gets so sideways love it
Thk for video and info 👍🏆
No problem at all
what magnetic body mounts did you use?
Got them from driftmanjirc.com just the universal type
What is the shaft size on the motor for the pinion gear? Or what pinion did you order, like a link to it.
3.175mm shaft size I will go on later and ad a link to the description
@@ricjackson1 thanks buddy.
Link now in description
did you check your ackerman after adjusting camber .. because it will change your toe in/out degrees ...
Yes it was towing out but one degree less !
ackerman was still open
waiting on adjustable track rods but drive well for now
1 degree is toe out is not enough for stock steering. you need to check throughout the steering range from 0 to full lock the trail wheel never toe in
Sorry you mis read it only changed it 1 degree different from stock
Which one in your opinion is better because I’ve had the Hpi skyline R34 and I’m trying to figure out which one of these are better.
The MST best for beginners if you like playing suspension set ups get the yokomo yd2

@@ricjackson1 I know but I’m willing to do anything but I just want to know which one is better overall.
