    Great content man, one of the only videos I found that was useful, thank you for taking your time to show us all! Growing up without parents I wasn’t able to be taught this stuff so I truly depend on great people like you! Thanks man, keep on keeping on!

    So I just change my radiator in my 2008 Pontiac G6 3.5 the new radiator has an extra hose hook up but is blocked off with a clamp. The old one does have that extra one. And I’m sure autozone gave me the right one for my car. Should I get a different one

      If the one on your old one had a hook up I will definitely get one that matched your old one unless it is blocked off on your old one too.

      So the auto part stores tried that with me and if you measure the thickness of the radio your original 1 is 7/8 and the one they're sawing you at the outer part stores like 3/4 or a 1/2 an inch it's a smaller radiator and it has that extra nipple and it doesn't fit right where the condenser attaches

      I ended up getting the original AC Delco one from a different auto part store for like the same money that I paid through Napa for the good 1 that they had that wasn't matching

    The hardest parts taken the front end off and the plastic around the radiator and you didn't show how to do that And didn't put that stuff on where it belongs when you put it together.?????

      I apologize for that this was when I was first starting to upload videos and I have gotten a lot better over time.

    You do not need to remove bumper cover I replaced it without removing it

      You are correct you don’t have to take the bumper cover off the reason why this one was off is because the person brought it in this way already.

    I think I know why you're deleting comments. But I'll leave this one to see if it stays up. There's nothing like learning the hard way. Every car I've owned was repaired through trial and error on my part. So, great video. I'm sure you already know that you don't have to remove the air conditioning lines to remove the radiator. Thanks for showing everyone why that's a bad idea. Also, there's a spring clip on the transmission cooling lines that pops off, and the lines just pull out. No need for the 20mm wrench.

      I don’t think I deleted any comments? If I did I apologize. I am defiantly open to learning new better and different ways. We can all learn together. My goal is to try to help the people do it themselves and not take it to a garage. I did know you don’t have to remove the AC lines. I was in a rush that day and saw what I did after the fact. But I accept Critics, reviews and feedback. As long as someone is threatening or cussing me, I will leave the comments up.

      Where is the spring clip for the lines?

    • @aaronbenton7
      @aaronbenton7 4 роки тому +1

      @@thehalfblacksnack they are inside the fittings. You need a pick to remove them. Then the lines will come out
