How to Replace the Radiator on a Pontiac G6 V6 3500

I've recently heard it's also possible to remove the radiator from the bottom after removing the brackets but I would think the hose and line removal would be much more challenging that route, but it's an idea.

It really wasn't as bad as I thought. It did take 6 to 7 hours as discussed in the video. I took pictures as I went along because of so many bolts and things to keep up with. But all in all, as a backyard mechanic, it was relatively easy.
***if you do buy a new radiator, check to see if they already have the snap on rings inside the lip. I spent an hour trying to put the new ones in and didn't even know they were already there. The lines went right in after that lol.

Excellent video! Do we have to check and top up the transmission fluid at the end ?? Some of it must have been lost in the process.
