Make Smooth Movements in Stop Motions Using Increments in Dragonframe
Вставка
- Опубліковано 31 сер 2021
- One of the things I struggled with when I first started shooting stop motions was making my movements smooth, evenly spaced, and natural looking. Then I discovered the increments tool within Dragonframe and it was life changing. THEN, I discovered the increment editor which allows you to ease in and ease out your movements. This results in not only smooth movements, but natural and realistic looking movements.

Please make more videos about dragonframe!
Super helpful. Thank you. Are you going to continue doing DF tutorials as I could only find 3. in your playlist
I want to… just finding the time to do them now. :(
I don't use Dragonframe--I use Stopmotion Studio Pro, and with Lego minifigs--but the concept of ease in/ease out still applies, and it makes a lot of sense. Thanks for this. Eventually, I'll have to move to Dragonframe, but going to stick with Stopmotion for now. Thanks! I'll check out your Twitch.
Thank you so much for the tutorial, this is very helpful.
Looking foreword to the spinning video!!
really helpful, thanks a lot. btw, what happened to the ritz cracker after?
Most likely ate it. :)
great video, .... more on dragonframe please .
Ah thanks! Definitely will have more dragonframe videos soon. :)
Subestimado? Jajajjajaja. Es estándar mundial, no hay otro a este nivel.
True… but I meant more underrated at this lower level… there are other, cheaper options that are arguably more popular for smaller creators
This was really helpful thanks. I could really use a tutorial on the sound area. I can import sound but I didn't realize there was other stuff you can do with sound files. I always animate to voice and other sounds.
Yeah this is on my list to do. I will at some point when I get a lull in shoots
more on dragonfram pls
thank you so much, making these videos where very helpful but i have one question
how can you import images from the device and make it into an animation, i have been trying but i could only do it in test shot.
Thank you and i hope it wasn't too much to ask of you!
You’ll have to take the images and animate them in video software. I use Final Cut but you can use premier pro or even movie maker
That's cheating thou no?
It certainly feels like it. :)
