No Knead Pumpkin Bread recipe
Ingredients:
Strong flour - 3 cups (456g)
Instant yeast - 1 tbsp
Himalayan Salt - 1tsp
Soft brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1tbsp
Pureed pumpkin - 3 tbsp
Water - 350 ml (at room temperature)
I'm using the dough stretching Method for this bread to achieve good hydration for a soft fluffy pumpkin sandwich bread.
Dip the tips of your fingers in water, then grab the dough and stretch it either towards the centre or towards the opposite side of your bowl.
