The one unique thing about Solar Kamehameha is the little green halo/blast outline you can see around where Cell is releasing the beam. It's a cool detail, but we've had cooler beams in Ultimate Tenkaichi, and especially Kakarot. Going back to just a Super Kamehameha after we got a unique green one is just kinda a shame
I've yet to see an Imperfect Cell ultimate that looks better than what we got in RB2. That initial sucker punch he does to start it off is always satisfying.
Is it too much to ask for the Death Beam in his final form to get a cutscene already? The way it pierced Trunks is so iconic and yet not a single game has ever included a cutscene of the beam going through.
Things I would change/add: First Form: - Drain Life is triggered by a Kamehameha rather than it being a rush. If it lands, it triggers a cutscene of the opponent dodging or blocking it only to be flanked off guard by Cell. This would give room for his Raging Blast Ultimate as you can replace the Kamehameha with this. Second Form - His ultimate transforms him into (post-Zenkai) Perfect Cell. Might be too much but idc. Perfect Form - his Kamehameha is renamed as Earth Destroying Kamehameha or Perfect Kamehameha and there’s a sphere around Cell when he fires it like in the Anime vs Gohan - Barrage Death Beam is axed for Perfect Combination (Post Zenkai Cell’s Rush in Budokai Tenkaichi 3) Perfect Cell - Add the beam at the end of his Rush (as mentioned in the video) - give Solar Kamehameha a green tint like DBZ Kakarot
I dont think I am the only who still believes that Raging Blast 1, 2, and Ultimate Tenkaichi customizables movesets should have been implemented in Sparking Zero, at least those 3 games got that focking right, Am I Wrong?
i think the main blueball for me (and apparently for omega too lol) is that i was expecting it to take from Raging Blast even knowing it wasnt a sequel to it at all, but notably it didn't and for the most part only improved on BT3. It's not that it's a bad game because of that, it's just that Raging Blast 2 shouldn't have the amount of pros it has over SPZ because it's around 12 years older.
Cell is one of the characters hindered most by no custom moves. I do like how Second Form Cell's explosion has the opponent's hit reaction be Goku's death shot in the show. Also, I don't know why they never have Solar Kamehameha be more grander, like make it kinda like a mirror of the Father-Son Kamehameha.
A detail I noticed is that the animation for Cell's Kamehameha starts to resemble cells as it fades away. All the beams that are animated in this way have their fair share of differences. It's mostly apparent when the beam is headed toward you though. They're usually surrounded by lighting, fire, or some sort of light.
So Far alot of these character movesets were better in Raging Blast 2. RB2 fixed cell by making all his ultimates special while keeping some that you expect him to have like "drain life" while using the last great move he did before transforming like in the anime. Looking back at RB2 it should have been the standard to go with instead of going off BT3.
Some people preffer the ultimate from raging blast 2, i like the self destruct and the one from RB2 and that is why this game needs to improve in the moves customization aspect.
Then there should be multiple ultimate options. Semiperfect should have Super Galick Gun(since that was probably his strongest attack, used it to try to kill Super Vegeta) and Self Destruction as his available ultimates. Same with any other character.
@@angeljulioogandomejia1035I think they should keep the animation for when he turns into super perfect cell hate that they made him a separate character it's such an unnecessary nerf

As much as I liked "See you", Life Drain is a better Ult gameplay-wise, especially given that one-way transformations restore Health & Ki and Second Form has the same move as a regular Rush. The first LD restores a BUNCH of health, then transform to get more back while also having the Ki to pop another LD as soon as possible.
Damm I miss the "you all there shall be destroyed" from DB BT3 or the "I'll send everything to darkness" from DB RB2 on Cell's Solar kamehameha... I don't understand why they keep giving 2nd Form Cell Life Absorbtion. Like, yes, he still has the tail and everything, I get it, but he never does it in that form? Give him the Gallick Gun instead or a unique rush.

You can't transform??????? What the heck?
I mean, all barrage death beams looks utter shit on this game, but how they downgrade Perfect Rush that much? There's a lot of fun rush supers that were reduced to like 2 punches in this game, I feel there should be more complaints about that.
Man, I miss his "The Earth will be destroyed! Sayonara!" and his "There is no escape!"
The Solar Kamehameha could've been better if A. The beam was green (I know is not lore accurate but Goku's angry Kamehameha is yellow) and B. If the original line was kept from BT3. "With this the earth will be destroy. Sayonara"
@@Max-wp8mx You used the angry kamehameha as a not acurrate move but it is acurrate, if you see the episode when frezzer uses the energy that goku gave to him for survive for attack goku you will see goku using a yellow ki blast (that is called angry kamehameha in the games where apaears).
have you never watched the show? angry kamehame IS SUPPOSED TO BE YELLOW

@angeljulioogandomejia1035 I know. What I was trying to say is that the Kamehameha is blue but for that moment is yellow, so why not make the Solar Kamehameha Green?
@@Max-wp8mx Kamehameha isn't strictly always blue. Just most of the time, it's yellow.
@@SuperSupaSAIYAN except in the show is not a Kamehameha, is a normal beam.
