@ihatehearts it was hardware limitation because they only used ONE slot to make cells voice in japanese (so all forms would be the same) that meant they only had ONE slot in the enflish version despite having 3 voices in the english version, meaning he just sounds wrong

I wish there were unique cutscene moments in certain battles like Cell vs Gohan Teen when he goes SS2, or when one of them reached a certain health state. Due to the pace of the game it's hard to get off emotes to make the fight a little more cinematic. I never see people use emotes.

Cell (Perfect Form) has the best Ultimate and when used against other Ultimates when on low HP and then getting the kill feels great.
To be fair to Cell, the saiyans DIDN'T reach that level of power on their own, both needed Divine help to bring it out of them.

Tho I wonder with Cell’s intellect, could he achieve it?
If he could use /rebuild some of gero old lab equipment to make clones of sayins/ himself, theoretically yeah. Even a still developing fetus counts.
Though obviously he could just spawn some cell Jr. at that point.
Real question is if he counts as a sayin in the spiritual sense, as i assume the ritual isn't strictly based on just having sayin DNA, but rather has be a sayin or descendant of one. .
He could absorb the required sayins temporarily, expelling them afterwards, this would actually make for an interesting scenario, as he has to sneak around while in a crippled/fluctuating state while hunting and absorbing targets, and would have to avoid goku and vegita at all costs unless he got really lucky and got the drop on them somehow.
With the existence of the multivers he could go to (think it wasunivets 8?) And have a much easier time doing this, all while avoiding the local deities.
Cells path to divine perfection could be genuinely interesting.
Gohan was helped by Elder Kai who is also a devine

@@azuresaiyan9005 Duh. Its called a PARODY. For a PARODY to exist, it has to have something to PARODY. It shortens the story, adds meta humor fans understand, and still keeps the story. Im a fan of the show, I have seen almost the entire thing when it first released, and I still greatly enjoy the parody. The DBZ fans that made it did a great job and should be praised for their skill at writing banter and voice acting. Get off your high horse and learn to enjoy irreverent humor.

Why is cell seemingly able to sense god ki?
I feel like they should fix super android voice. Its regular 13s voice but deeper. Him having his regular voice feels so weird.

Maybe he could feel the pressure, but yeah it was strange considering he shouldn't be able to.
I don't think its a case of him sensing it, he can just physically feel and see the effects of it, even if he doesn't know what it is, its enough to know its different and powerful by his standards.
After all even the other Z fighters have made similar statements/reactions and they can't feel god ki energy either but the effects are obvious enough.
The same way almost every other fighter that doesn't know how to sense god ki are somehow able to grasp an idea on Goku and Vegeta's power, yes.
To be fair, neither of these are cannon, so it’s only natural that inconsistencies like this would pop up
