I'm awfull at social media, but all my friends/family/customers keep repeating that I should show more and engage more on the internet, but I just sucked at it, so this video is a life saver! THANK YOU!!! I'll be sure to try it and hopefully find it a bit less scary
Fantastic guide for art videos, Hannah! I've found that pairing these tips with boost app social really elevates my social media game. It's great for finding unique captions and ideas that resonate with the art community on TikTok and Instagram.
omg youre a dream, thank you!! I've been intending to actually start posting on tiktok but am so overwhelmed by all the editing options in the app. This makes it so much easier!! thanks again!
Thankyou for this!!! I have only one still photo of one of my paintings on IG, one, lols. This has been so overwhelming and stress producing for me, I can't even get started. This helps alot!! ❤️ I hope you do more tips and tricks like these in the future for those of us who feel like we're fish out of water on social media. I have a love/hate relationship with all of it, it's not easy being an introverted artist during these times when the only way to survive is to master social media. ❤️❤️❤️
You posted this at the perfect time 😂 only just now trying to figure out how to record my art and started with recording 40 min videos nonstop and then trimming it for the rest of my life. This saved me the trouble. Thank you so much! Also, love your art!
Nicely said! It took a long time to really get comfortable while filming. My attention was focused more on the phone then what I was working on. Awesome job Hannah.
Thaanks :) and i think the different angles are just an option, sometimes you wanna record something like time lapse and i think its nice from the same angle too
Excellent video! Thank you 🙏🏻 ! You were articulate and I appreciated that you weren’t talking so fast that it goes over your head for a newbie just learning.
Thank you for making this video! Those were super helpful tricks I'm definitely going to test some out! I especially like that fancy phone holder. Trying to hold the phone with my left and paint with the right isn't the best 😂 also like how you do 6 sec clips at 2x speed.
Mmm this is really helpful, thank you so much for sharing this. I’m going to give it ago on my Instagram 😀 I’ve now downloaded the App. Now I need to create my pastel piece. Exciting! 😊
Thank you so much for this video! I’m trying to grow my IG Account and intimidated by filming my art. When you mention the times and angles, does this mean it can be disjointed? I’m unsure how it will look if I do one angle with the first stroke then suddenly it’s almost done… is that how you mean it (more or less)? Do you have other videos with examples of a clip you edit down? Sorry this is long! Thank you so much for this video!
What if you work on several projects at a time (while paint dries, etc), can you easily put together clips from several things into different videos? Or is that way more complicated??
Thank you so much for sharing such a helpful video!!!😭👏🏻 I’ve been too nervous to make the transition between photos and videos and I’m pretty sure nobody has been seeing my work very much because of it.🥲 Your information is so clear & concise that it makes it so approachable compared to other videos I watched on how to make video Timelapse’s of art!🥰💖✨👌🏻🎨
Thank you for sharing your secrets. You are so generous and we appreciate it. Go Hannah!!
Omg I'm always so lost when I want to create reels because I don't know how to get content, that's so useful thanks!

Which is better for quality Timelapse video?
Normal video or Timelapse shots
Great video, what process do you use for varnishing?
Maybe that should be my next video!
Do you ever zoom in on the iPhone when recording?
Thanks. Do you have link for the arm?

What is the table mount you used? Amazon has so many !
What medium were you using in your background videos is it acrylic?
What if you work on several projects at a time (while paint dries, etc), can you easily put together clips from several things into different videos?
Or is that way more complicated??
Why no timelapse? my art is quite tedious, id have to record like 30 minutes - 1 hour to get a good shot
UA-cam just deleted my comment, it's probably in your notifications.
