    Lovely savasana. Just did a short liver/gallbladder practice, and followed with this. Really enjoyed it 💗🌵🕉️

    This is lovely! Just what I was looking for! It would be even better if you could add a quiet extension to the end so I'm not blasted out of my bliss by an ad with man shouting.

    Why are you keeping legs Wide than hips. Any how I tried it I got great sleep I have ever experienced in my life and back pain gone. Thanks for everything.

      Hi! That is so great to read, I am happy that helps you. I took the savasana position with legs wide to relax the hips, glutes and leg muscle complety. You can choose to keep the legs a bit closer if you prefer to fall sleep.
