- I wanted to do a video about Mari Kitayama, the Studio Pierrot staff member who was made Character Designer for the Yu Yu Hakusho Anime. Who was a secretary at the time of production.
Note: There's no photo of Mari Kitayama, so my friend (who is an illustrator as well), told me I can use her photo in the thumbnail.

A friend of mine told me that he named his dog Eugene after the Yu Yu Hakusho dub name of Yusuke.

Hum hum ... So there are people that are actually shipping Hiei and Kurama ? Why not ? It's interesting after all !
It's remind me of Saki Hiwatari who was doing the same thing with Saint Seiya characters, and I mean the male characters. So, I never actually read one of those ... I wonder if she drew Saori Kido/Athena doing some action with them too. After all they would obey.
EDIT : By the way, Saki Hiwatari is actually the author of "Please save my earth", I forgot to mention it. Just in case you are interested, me I'm not.
Togashi actually intended for Hiei and Kurama to be lovers but there was pushback from the publisher.

I thought he debunked that in an interview when he said something like "It wasn't my intention, but I very well could have done so." In response to being asked if Hiei and Kurama were meant to be a couple or not. I could be wrong, this is just something I have gathered from reading articles on the subject. It's hard to find factual information especially when everything was said in a different language so feel free to correct me.
