Due to the time I grew up, I'm primarily a fan of Jump titles from the 90s until now. But I'm definitely interested in going back and checking out some of the classics from previous decades. Otoko Ippiki Gaki Daishou in particular sounds right up my alley, as a fan of delinquent characters.
Pulp author Yoichiro Minami (1893-1980) inspired Akira Toriyama and Shinobu Ohtaka. In other words, Akira Toriyama must’ve read a lot of Arsene Lupin books translated by him.
The Oudou Pattern. That is method that is going to get in the way of doing any experimentation an author wishes to do. I rather avoid this method so I can new twists that can be potentially revolutionary their own rights.
I grew up in a household where some of my relatives spoke Japanese. Then stopped speaking it for a while since I wanted to concentrate on learning English. Then relearned Japanese.
@@ayakuweb Sounds great man. I plan to learn it when I have a little more free time. I really enjoy Japanese media (films, tv shows, anime, manga, novels). I feel I would be doing myself a great disservice if I just consumed it through the English language which isn't even my native language lmao.

I’m always been a fan of the old era of Jump, the 60’s 70’s 80’s 90’s and early 2000’s where, in my opinion, the golden age of Shonen Jump.
