I really like Wellness because it let's you play into a conservative Cornered + Wanted build. By just treating the extra 40% hp as overheal and staying at around half HP most of the time, you can boost your overall damage while minimizing your chance of getting 1 shot. It also buffs med packs since they heal % health, so theoretically you should have to use less of them.
Answering your question on personal thoughts on the game: I started playing for the first time once the latest patch was introduced (also playing with +75% xp). I feel it’s the best game I’ve played in 5 or so years. Looking forward to the expansion.
I play with everything max (love it so far) and I am at level 38 now. The only one I'm not sure I recommend is combat affliction gain increased ... At high levels, you would get 3-4 high levels afflictions that will severely hinder you, and because you can't use meds to cure them, you have to improve them and hope for the best (if you get shot again those meds are wasted), or find a doctor. I was constantly doing doctor runs, which was fine at first but it got so crazy after level 30, after most encounters. I set it to normal, but it's up to you. There are some perks that would help but it seems like you will still get afflictions very frequent.
I only started equipping a set of auto turrets at leadt one set per ship. Multiple enemy spacefights on extreme they are now an absolute necessity. An EM weapon is very handy if you are trying to save the ship to board. Once you eliminate other ships. Turn power all the down on the turrets. Once you have down enough damage they are no longer a threat. Turn all weapon power down exect 1 unit on em. Finish with only that. Otherwise I usually obliterate and I dont even have skill points invested in ship combat systems
When we have the vehicle to deal with extreme conditions via update or dlc, I will definitely come back to Starfield for sure to try the hardest difficulty.
Game is fun. Does it have issues? Yeah don't get me started...too much to type. Just began new character last month, so next will extreme survival...only way to play Fallout4 so prob enhance the fun here as well Keep the vid's uploading 🤘

Playing at +75 XP is a monster move. Especially at level 6 in a level 75 system. WTH? Only someone like Dean could do anything in that space. I just don't have the patience for it. I'd rather level up to 175 or 200 and use my pencil with no armor. Just doink. Out of my way, BOIs.
@@deanpogaming I mean Skyrim had throat slit animation, suplex body slam, and other good animations. I just don’t get it. Why would they ignore that stuff?
Also, you passed on that Varuun vessel 😢 Almost guaranteed to get something nice from the Level 86 Elite Captain without having to find and clear an entire facility! Shame DeanPo, shame...❤
not belittling your efforts to put out content but why have your recent videos and even prior to update release have all been about nothing but gearing up for extreme diff and getting the best start just titled differently
Learned a fun fact the other day. Skyrim has about 348 dungeons and it is one part of Tamriel. Starfield has 12 that repeat themselves. "Do you guys enjoy the game" I did and want to. But it is not a BGS game and the magic is not there. Not hate, I play Far Cry+ and CP 2077. BGS magic is not in those games and it is not in this one. Big empty game to give paid modders more space. It is a cash grab. But Todd Howard said that when he ordered his Tesla he knew what model and color he wanted. He said he told them to send him the most expensive of that model in the color he wanted. Even his car purchases are generic and all about money. This game is a microtransaction to be. Howard needs to fired, full stop.
I love the game. I will be playing this game for years to come.

I haven't played the quests in a long time but I love starting new chars to see how quick I can get to be OP and start another.

No HUD, no medpacks, no fasttravel, no scopes, 3rd person only, only primary and secondary weapon... Thats fun! I can totally recommend.

They need to upgrade/update the melee system. Like being able to mod the weapons. Takedown finisher animations. Dismemberment. All that good stuff.
That would be awesome, and add slow motion finishers like fallout!

Wondering if the elemental damage is to try and have u pick multiple sets of clothes and armor to mitigate damage from type specific damage.

Inflictor has Physical and Particle damage, so in theory ballistics should boost it
