Bohr II has nice breathable atmosphere and mild weather if you want to do an outpost in that system. If you land in the mountain biome there aren't any creatures that want to eat you as a bonus. You can farm or harvest adhesive from one of the plants for weapon mods.

Stormrider II/Revelation II are still the coolest looking ships in the game. I added 3015s, pinch 8z reactor, 28T shield, then played around with deleting one cargo component and one row of structural components towards the stern of the ship (put two horizontal bracers there to keep the sleek profile.) Was able to outfit it with a full array of obliterators/95mev auto-helions/PBO-175s and it’s still fast AF at 91 mobility. Nothing can keep up with it.
My first random ship drop post-patch was a Claymore III. Smuggler bug has been fixed - if you kill all the smugglers on that random encounter (where they try to get you to deliver something for them thinking you are a courier), you can now steal the ship - usually a good Class C, as well. Not sure these have really been nerfed that much.
Why did you shoot the engines with a laser? Lasers are good for shields, which you had already depleted so you should have switched over to ballistics or missiles to do hull damage to that component. If you don't want to cycle energy during battle, then switch to particle which has a balanced attack, but also, usually have 3000+ range, which puts you out of harms way if they have sub 1000 range weapons. If you want to fine tune even further - the autos (not turrets) usually have a faster recycle rate, so your damage per shot may be lower but your energy use is more efficient, giving you an edge in damage per second. If you decide to farm ships/board a lot, then investing in EM weapons is a good idea, since they disable without damaging the hull, so the risk of destroying your target is gone (once you depleted their shields of course)
I got a Claymore 3, two Vista 3’s one was a smugglers one and just started another ng plus and got a Crimson Wight 3 right away. All from either landing on Huygens V-A or Huygens VII-C. Sometimes they land right away and other times as you’re heading to a building or leaving one. But gear and armor has been crap.

If you do this, even without killing - would you get stripped of your vanguard or freestar ranger status? Also, I’m assuming that your companions would hate you for this. Is it possible to just unassigned them, do this, and they’ll have no idea what you did?
You can't fly a C class ship , unless you have piloting level four . Which is pretty much impossible at level six . Not impossible but pretty unlikely . I built the best A-Class ship that I could , went to Krix . And took out 14 Crimson fleet ships and looted them for what I could . That was enough to get me up to my b-class license . But then I had to take out 30 more ships in order to get my C-Class license . By the time I had my C-Class license I was already level 22 . That was all starting out as a bounty hunter so I had the first piloting level already . Three ships before I even went to New Atlantis , and three more ships before becoming a full member of Constellation . So I had to shoot down 20 ships to get my b class , and a total of 50 to get my C-Class . Unless you're shooting down Friendly's that takes some time .
Or you can just go and do the flight simulator and max it out by level 5 =]…. It is all on video my friend, check the play list. It tells you step by step how to do it
@CharlesVanexX the Dreamhome should of been the Mantis Layer. They should put the dream home in your outpost so you could build it where you like with a shipbuilder pad.

Everyone says to take your time blah blah blah. I got 4 characters lvl100,76,33 and 12 . Haven't played in a few months They nerfed legendary drops drastically .
The premise of your video has me puzzled. So new game and method for acquisition of high level loot? Everybody knows this. Plus you can Alter the difficulty once the zone populates to enjoy easy experience. Not sure what you are posting is new.

Go to Serpentis system and try for a Varuun Revelation or a Spacer ship. Level 55 system but ship spawns are much more frequent.
Reallocate power from Lasers to Ballistics after you take down their shields.
This is the way
I wish I realized in order to bring up all system names on console you just hold left trigger and right bumper 🤷♂️

Anyone tried going rogue and killing all in red Mile on extreme?
Yesterday landed at a Mulbridge landing pad, everywhere i looked there where blue advanced weapons. Later on I stole a landed Va ruun Prophesy III.
Better set outposts on huygens for fast travel save some time.

Do it before you start uc pirate quest. Yoj get absolved of all for free. And leave companions at home lol

No, actually they've improved them. One planet I landed on had THREE ship landing sites, and two of them worked. That's how I got my 2nd Claymore III.
Try it at level 6 and tell me they improved it =]
