I enjoy the sounds of the music "low and ambient" along with the sound of the garage "tools, car parts snapping into place" etc. I think in this video it's perfect.
I am looking forward to the 535 xi project. Thanks so much.
Please please definitely much more content on the E61xi, Enjoy all your content great job
Yeah man I gotta tell you, I have more respect and love for you for listening to us peasants and modifying your format just a tad bit. I know its pretty much the norm for youtubers to add background music but it is overdone way too much, it can really kill a video. A couple of brief sounds here and there are fine, but we're here to see and hear you ratchet away and hopefully learn something new. So props to you for taking constructive criticism and moving forward in this new direction. 💯🙌
Your dogs are adorable!!
Hi Chris. A good batterie in a 335i is a must. When mine was at the end of its life, a got strange faults and weird things going on. I think some modules didn't like the old battery. After I got a new one( and registered) all weird stuff had gone too. Have a great week. Dutch regards, Nico.
I'm hoping that there's no parasitic drain in the car, so we'll find out with the new battery if it holds a charge. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment Nico!
Daym! That's some nasty brake fluid!
Really excited for this project. It's hard not to go for everything when dropping the subframes on these it seems lol
Seriously 😅
You need an assistant!! Love the crocs! ;)
Upgrades on the 535 would be cool. Pick up an rx8 with a bad engine. Easy to rebuild and fun to drive. It's a tough toss up between an x5 and a 5 series wagon as far as what to keep. That 6cyl manual x5 would be reliable as hell tho. It's great watching you work on both of em now
I would like to see the 535 made into a sleeper.
I want the scissor lift. Brand and cost?
Good job and thanks for your contribution to our Bimmer Community. Keep up with the good work

Definitely go without music
Definitely shop noise, something relaxing about natural shop sounds. Or background music at very low volume. Cheers man
You need at least front tires on that X5!
Yeah they're old all around 😅 hopefully soon!
Any update on this project?
5 speed project ? Don’t you have 2 in my driveway ? lol
Wouldn’t you have been better driving into the garage straight so you don’t have the exhaust fumes in there?
Yeah you have a point, but I like to park butt-in because my tools are at the front of the garage, personal preference I guess. Thanks for watching George!
didnt you help adam lz and his 335i before? with much less hair at that time tho LOL
Your x5 as a daily drive, I wonder to know about your gas expenses?
Luckily I use an electric bicycle to go to the gym or do groceries, but this X5 gets 17-22mpg, better on the highway where it does most of it's mileage.
Music is by far annoying to me. But your videos are killer. I love your channel. Your videos brighten my evenings up thank you!
