so funny the way she pronounces spnaish dishes. The "ll" of Paella is actually said with a similar, but not equal, sound to "j" in english as in "just" and in ajillo, the "j" is the "x" symbol in the International Phonetic Alphabet, being this sound even stronger in Spain than in any other Spanish speaking country.
