You know, after cancer, I had a break up and I could have sworn it was more painful than the chemo side effects. A broken heart is so painful. I am so grateful to hear you are back on your feet. I say in the 'Self Soothing' Nidra... If you are feeling broken, may you be broken wide open to let the light in... That was something that came from my heart. It takes time, but eventually, the void we feel becomes filled with compassion and love for ourselves, if we're willing. I am rambling now. I am a Hindu..this Ancient relaxation technique is from my Hindu Dharm. Yoga= union. Nidra= sleep. Yoga nidra in sanskrit.
