Thank you Ayla. This is the perfect message for me this morning. I have been sober for many years from alcohol and drugs, and I am deeply grateful for that, but I am not eating in a healthy manner lately, and that is dangerous for my body. Thank you for asking me to look at the pain underneath the behavior. It felt good to deeply feel it.

Thank you for joining these longer sessions. I appreciate that you go for it even if it's not easy. I hope you are having a lovely day. You deserve rest! As for dreams, since you asked. I suggest journalling anything you feel is remarkable. Not for documenting but more so as an outlet to express them! Writing isn't for everyone but it has helped me and allows me to get it out and release attachment.
@@AylaNovaNidra Thank you for your feedback. I have been getting into writing more. One thing I started doing everyday is write 750 words using my stream of consciousness. I think I can incorporate my thoughts and emotions on dreams even when they are uncomfortable. But I can probably also write slower reflective thoughts in my journal. I appreciate your thoughts on the matter 🙏🏼
