    I like ending my upper body days with at least 20 mins of cardio on the stair master to finish out the workout and give my lower body alittle love too. I started out at a 5 setting then worked my way up to doing the 20mins on 7 so far. There are a ton of modifications using bands and different movements;a few of which I have learned from watching Heidis videos. You are such an inspiration Heidi! It’s because of you that I have found my love in fitness!

    I love how Heidi’s the same now as she was in the beginning. She seems so real and down to earth!

    Honestly my favorite warm up is about 15-20 min of highest incline on treadmill and then just kind of doing HIIT off of that, increasing and decreasing the speed and I usually like to jam out to a heavy beat song to encourage me to go harder. I try to keep my heart rate up high, but then remember to bring it down for a few second and try to kill it again. With that alone, I burn around 150 calories just for the warm up. Then it gets me nice and toasty for my weight session. I have absolutely adored your 30 day workout and can even show you proof of my body fat percentage and muscle mass differences from when I first started to now. I hope this encourages you to keep helping lost people like me find a fitness routine that works and is well organized with creative different exercises included.

    I love the stair master for cardio/fat burning. I do a little circuit, one minute each until I do each workout at least 3 times.
    1- walking
    2- Side Cross Over Steps / right
    3. Side Cross Over Steps / left
    4. Skip one step
    5. Skip step with kickback
    6. Skip Frog/Wide Steps
    I always get off dripping like I jumped into a pool lol, super cute! Loving the hot pink set on you Heidi. You’re also the sweetest for helping with his diet and cooking to help him with prep. I’m a sucker for olive oil lol it would be hard for me to switch.

    Honestly, just walking, biking or running to the gym has helped me out so much, it’s a thirty minute walk and a fantastic warmup and I get to enjoy the fresh air before I kill it in the gym 😊

    I recently have been doing EMOMs and they have changed the game for me!! It is an amazing way to integrate cardio and weight training together. I pair this with 30 min of cardio and have seen amazing results!

    Feeling so freaking inspired after watching this!!! I feel like I have fallen off the exercise wagon over the last few months and need to get back into gym life! I like doing Hitt or finding exersise I love from diff UA-cam fitness babes and mixing them together then finish with cardio. 🥰 thanks for being so awesome!!

    I love doing tabata style workouts for fat blasting, especially abs!
    Setting a timer for 5 sets of 45 sec exercise and 15 sec break.
    Example:
    45 sec plank
    15 sec break
    45 sec crunches
    15 sec break
    45 sec bicycles
    15 sec break
    45 sec leg raises
    15 sec break
    45 sec jack knife crunches.
    It absolutely burns but forces you to focus more on pushing yourself to do as many reps as you can instead of specific numbers.
    Also its an awesome option if you only have a short period of time to workout!

    I usually do a 15/20 minute HIIT workout as my warmup every day. it consists of 1. cardio (jump rope, jumping jacks, etc.) 2. arms (push-ups, dips, etc.) 3. cardio 4. legs (squats, lunges, etc) 5. abs (mountain climbers, planks, etc). That has worked out pretty well for me!

    I LOVE doing track work outs for fat loss. Being outside and working out is my favorite! Running the bleachers, sprint intervals, bear crawls, tire flips, etc. Whatever is on the track- use it!

    Favorite fat blasting is definitely super sets! They’ll get you! Plus throwing in a little cardio at the end while watching UA-cam always helps!! I think I speak for a lot of houstonians when I say PLEASE do a HOUSTON meet up, or at least a mini one so you can get to meet your local supporters 💕💕💕

    Treadmill interval workout is one of my favorite for fat burn! 5 minute intervals for 20-30 mins! The first 3 minutes is a moderate jog. Then sprint 1 minute and walk the last minute. You can also turn up the intensity by adding adjusting incline!

    Complete each workout for 1 min with 30 second rest between each! 2-3x's

    I used to only do 20-30 min of the stair master after every workout but burned myself out on that. So I’m really enjoying mixing it up and ending my workouts with a HIIT combo of 6 different moves of whatever feels good to me, 3-4 days a week! 🙌🏼 Thank you for all the advice!

    My favorite type of cardio is HIIT. Im not a runner type of gal, I like to mix it up here and there from burpees, to kb swings, to frog jumps, box jumps, etc... love how you can mix and match your workouts with HIIT. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 good luck to everyone!

    I have two types of fat blasting cardio that are my go to... incline treadmill where I set the speed and increase the incline every minute (this is actually a great way to warm up or increase the intensity to get a better workout). And I love doing light weight circuits because cardio sucks and this way I feel like I'm lifting weights even though they're light and still getting a great cardio session in. And this way you can create really fun circuits to keep it interesting. I find the best way to make cardio enjoyable is to watch your videos Heidi, time flies by without realising it because they're always so much fun. Plus the looks you get from others in the gym because you're laughing while you're working out is fantastic :D

    One day after my birthday ( May 17th). I loved the montage at the beginning. How exciting that it was a massive success. You sounded so let down about the no nap situation. Nala is not having it.     My favourite fat blasting workout is stairmaster HIIT! Warm up for 5 mins, then 6-10 rounds of 30 seconds as hard as you can go followed by 30-60 seconds lower intensity to recover. THE. BEST!

    My favorite cardio workout is on the treadmill with a 8.5-9 incline at 3.5 speed for 30 minutes. I prop up my phone and enjoy catching up with my favorite UA-camrs while I get that LISS in!

    My favorite fat blasting workout is to lift like normal and on my upper body days add in 10 minutes of 30 second sprints, 30 second rest for a hit workout and then 5 mins of incline sprints 30 seconds on 30 off and then 5 minutes of walking on an incline at a steady pace... &&&&& ilysm 😭❤️

    Loved the video! I personally enjoy HIIT for fat blasting workouts. They get my heart pumping and keep me interested in the workouts. I’ve also recently joined a kickboxing class which has really increased my caloric burn in less amount of time!

    Sooo my fav far blasting workouts right now are none! Lol! In a bit of a rut, but normally I enjoy the treadmill before my workout for about 20-30min at max incline with speed of about 3-3.5, and if I’m really in it or needing a quicker sweat I will do stair master for like 10-15min before/after my workout. I literally just made an IG post about my reasoning for doing cardio before my weight session. Honestly it’s just bc I enjoy it and it gets me ready for my weight session...not the most effective order but I enjoy it way more and really isn’t that what it’s all about! 🙌💞 For the weights portion I really see the best results and get my heart rate up with super setting 2-5 exercises...the more exercises per circuit/superset the less circuits I do just FYI. I try to have about 8-12 exercises per workout! Love ya Heidi!!

    Boxing & Kickboxing sessions - sometimes with weights, sometimes bag and gloves. But always squats, jump rope, box tops.

    Thaiboxing Combination in Intervalls are Killer! - mix it with bodyweight exercises looks like :
    40 sec Kicks left - 40 sec jump squats
    20 sec rest
    40 sec Kicks right - 40 sec split jump squats
    20 sec rest
    40 sec Hugh, JAP, right - 40 sec. Diamant Pushup
    ..... etc

    HIIT, HIIT, HIIT :D Love it. And I started running a couple months back. Training for half a marathon in september.. Never thought I'd enjoy it so much, running really empties your mind!

    My favorite fat blasting workout is hiit training but on the stair master! Although it is challenging at first, once you get into a rhythm, 20 minutes will fly by and you and booty will be so happy you did it!

    My favorite fat burning workouts are for sure Hiit workouts! I have a hard time not taking breaks when supersetting. So if I’m on a timer than I push through and get a really nice sweat sesh.
