Team Glock Captain Shane Coley Demos the Bill Drill

In this installment of RECOILtv's Training Tune Ups, we join the Captain of Team GLOCK, Shane Coley, on the range. Today, we're going to bring you the Bill Drill. Shane will teach you a very simple, yet supremely effective drill at controlling recoil, staying on target, and speeding yourself up, without wildly erratic shot placement. Being able to control your shot placement while simultaneously increasing your rate of fire is something to build on. By speeding yourself up, but staying in control the entire time, we create what Shane calls 'the new normal' for yourself. Building off of this new normal is how you continue to improve your skills. Standardized drills are standardized for a reason. It's a standard at which you meason yourself against. Get some training.
