Very nice! I love to see other people train, since it gives me ideas for what I could do when I'm out training. And the good thing is, since the spots isn't the same, I have to adapt the moves to myself and my city.
    Thanks for the inspiration!

An excellent introduction to Parkour outdoors. Great ideas for beginners and to those who overlook the basics too.

well i get more out of it with focus as much as building strength and improving movement rather than doing things on the spur of the moment. i think this video shows exactly what parkour is about

jump with as much distance as you can, and put your hands out until they touch the object, then let your momentum carry you forward whilst pushing up with your hands, arms and shoulders.

@TheDillbry Well, i have started recently also a few months or so ago and we practised on mats thena springy flour and both hurt but after a couple of days it stated to go away i would suggest doing it on something firm like a moderatly pated carpet or a thin mat so you get use it it faster i practiced on grass it felt like i ripped my back open each time but a few days after it was a normal pain i guess hope it help :)

It is always better to have somebody "teach" you Parkour. Nearly everybody was either taught at the beginning, or at least trained with a group of people who knew what they were doing.

i think there is something in what he says. think about it. you might want to see some moves or explanations on the internet, but you develop your own style and use your own abilities to find your way to move if you train alone. Especialy if there is no one to teach you. I suck at parkour but the things i can do right are the things i teach myself. all the things i learned from some freerunners i such at. (there are no other traceurs where i come from)

I prefer Concrete to a gym like i mean,Parkour is a sortof "urban disipline" and so i feel it should be preformed in a city enviorment a gym gives to much of a cushioned feeling which can cause problems with the fear factor on harder stunts In an urban envoriment or a forest.
    or wherever
