Rare CSX Rolling Crew Change in Ashland, VA

An odd situation I captured in Saturday July 3, 2021. From what I had gathered, Q415 had been stopped north of town due to a crew emergency. CSX decided to have the train continue south and a conductor would hop on in Ashland, setting up for this rare situation that does not happen here in town very often at all.
I apologize for the filming as I didn't have my tripod with me!
