When I get back to Virginia, preferably at a historic battlefield in Spotsylvania, near Fredericksburg, that is right next to this line, I hope it can be as busy as this! Even a visit to Ashland would be ideal!
It would be awesome if there was a live stream camera for the long island railroad in long island new York preferably between Lindenhurst train station and Babylon train station
still remember when Our amtrrak trains used to stop at our station and where the station was located, that meant that the train always blocked a major street and you know how long it can take sometimes for a amtrak train to first unload the passengers, baggage, load new passengers, baggage then slowly takeoff again, usually like 10 minutes or much longer, meaning traffic on our street REALLY backed massively, both directions, people got so fed up with this over the years, that they finially made them build a actual underground tunnel of sorts so that when the trains nw come into our station, they literally no go Under the street now and stop at the station, so that means now no more blocking the street for almost like a half hour sometimes.......
William Crew I mentioned “Only southbound intermodal with Tropicana.” And Q354 was officially abolished on the 30th of September. The final Q354 is currently (as I’m writing this) on its way to Portsmouth. It will be replaced by Q136, which oddly enough replaced it last year.
I was expecting the Amtrak equipment move that went north with a single engine and six autoracks or maybe a DPU on the coal train. Not much of a big surprise.
Grafitti still alive and well on almost all of those cars on the 2nd train, too bad there isnst a law that if the person who do this to these cars are caught, they can be made to completly REPAINT yje cars that they grafittied,,,,,,,,apologize for my spelling.......
Thanks for putting this clip together 'Virtual Railfan'. Much appreciated.
3:31 People need to look both ways before crossing, that's how people get killed.
After waiting 10 mins for that one to pass, I'm not surprised at them going across in front of the Amtrak!
I know, but you should still look both ways before you cross.
yee
they also stopped halfway across
Such a long train with so many containers save many trucks on the roads.
and pollution lol
One thing for sure, I’ll never stop drinking Tropicana juice! 🍊🍊🍊🍊
That Tropicana train was like the Energizer Bunny. It just kept going and going and going.
Man that Tropicana train was long

Good job Kathy, many thanks. It was an exciting afternoon :)
221 cars!! That's on e of CSX's monster intermodals!
DANG that train was long. Also that guy was probably thinking "Where's the end???"
European trains may be sleaker and faster but US trains have character.
Uhhhh yeahhhhhhhh !!!!!
And real payloads. I've never seen freight trains as long as that in Europe
It would be awesome if there was a live stream camera for the long island railroad in long island new York preferably between Lindenhurst train station and Babylon train station
Yeah I wish! Or maybe the line where the New York and Atlantic is most active (not sure which one it is)
That CSX intermodal was Q031
The b8g surprise is a car on the tracks for sure
Wowser, how many trucks were on that first freight train? It seemed to go on and on and on.
Go out to take care of your lawn and look at what you miss! LOL!! Thanks for posting.
Sounds like Deshler only there's 300 in a hour! (That's what It seems like)
That poor person in the silver SUV! 12 minutes of sitting there at a minimum lol.
Could the very very long train be due to issues finally subsiding in North Carolina?

I don't think it's 143, I think Q031 due to the UPS piggy backs
It was Q031 as far as I know
Nice!!
here in Britain, 6 trains in 66 minutes is unusual for big towns or cities, but fairly normal for small towns and villages.
buses transport
Are the trains a mile or two long?
CSX “143” doesn’t operate in these parts. The only southbound intermodal train with Tropicana cars in these parts is Q031.
Actually there is another southbound intermodal train that comes through Ashland, CSX Q354 which is a double stack

yes
So many trains!
6 trains,66 minutes,66 comments?? not a good sign!!
that was CSX Q031
When it becomes double time in Ashland
Q031 is the intermodal

I d enjoy the video better without the music..😑😑
I liked the music.
@@robadams8057 I enjoyed the music also!
I'm with you. The video is better without the music
The real Orange Line.
It took 10 1/2 minutes for a train to pass at 40mph. Long boi
Well some of the trailers from the 1st fright train get the thumbs UPS from me.
Awesome
BTW, the Tropicana count was 68 ;)
And I thought Pittsburgh would be busy
That’s not that many trains! Look at the west coast mainline in the UK 🇬🇧
Surprise?
Surprise is 64 Juice cars on a 692 axle train through Ashland
Busy day!
Wow
3:30 ppl crossing those tracks could have been hit.
That made me nervous.
The coal train was T472
That's a whole lot of orange juice!!!
