Thank you for this video, clean and easy to understand. I have a question, my clutch is geting engaged in the last cm of lever's shifting gap and the second issue is when the gear is in Neutral, a strange noise is coming from inside the gear, like a faild ball-bearing. The plan is to overhaul it but I want to know what to expect like gettig some info from someone experienced prior getting hearth atack :)) My bike is a Honda CBF 600N from 2006. Thank you
Don't just torque out the springs like that, crack them all off evenly and progressively undo each one in a star pattern. And for gods sake don't jam the basket solid with a screwdriver and torque the bolt out like a madman. Buy the correct tool to hold your clutch basket in place 😬😬
Dont put a screwdriver in between the baskets to lock them up, followed by using a impact on the inner clutch basket nut. Do you realize that you are tearing into the metal of the basket when you do that? Thus leading to premature wear and slack. Very unprofessional.
