This video is a game simulation played on prototype gaming engine, everything you see is not real and I recommend to not replicate what is shown in this video. Rider is a amateur rider and the cars are NPCs. Speedometer is not working properly.
Hello!
This video I made is with me riding to work. The ride to work is about 40 minutes drive by car but today I took my Honda Hornet 600. I splited this video in two parts, and this is the first part.

The old Hornet's are just something special
Ngl, really enjoy riding mine.
Really a great game engine! Looks super realistic, except maybe that a honda this old cannot look this good. Keep it up!
Hehe👊😎 thanks buddy
0:22 "Please understand, I am not a professional rider! and my speedometer is broken" haha immediate like! I started on my CB125 about 6 months ago and since commuting to work and finally getting to the stage where 'I am one" with bike I am obsessed with the idea of eventually passing my full test and getting this exact model of the hornet. There is something about this particular model...
Oh man that road is awesome. Can not wait to get mine...
be careful bro someone is waiting for u at your home . nice ride btw ✨
@@minidusampath5144 thanks bro! I will 🙂
Take care!
Satisfying for sure✊🏼😮💨
Thanks bro😀
looks epic 99 hornet 600 rider ere subbed
I like the look of the Hornet very much. Maybe next year I will take on motorbike driving licence :)
I think you should take that license and buy a hornet, good bikes👌
I wish my ride to work looked like that!
Where do you live?
I bet there are some detours that are fun😁
This route is not the shortest but it is way more fun 😅
@@donjuliovass I’m over in England, right between Blackpool and Preston. There’s a lot of country roads once you get out of town, but the surfaces are either very poor, wet, or covered in cow-shit! 😅
There’s an aftershave advert doing the pre-Christmas rounds at the minute. They’re using a 2005 Hornet to drape the models over in the final scene.
@@Norton1531 I understand you, wet roads are no fun😒 but to be honest, we have such roads here as well, filled with side gravel, because car drivers here in Sweden decides sometime that is fun to rally their way home😅
I havent seen that commercial, cant seem to find it on youtube🤔
Ser väldigt svenskt ut tycker jag 🤔
This is super interesting game engine showcase haha, although can complete beginners handle this bike? Is it hard to control? I love nakeds and this video without commentary is top notch!
I had a yamaha mt07 as my first bike, and the first seconds i got on the bike I almost flipped it😅
The hornet 600 is waaay better for begginers, up to 7k rps the bike is kind and humble, but after that it becomes a monster.
Hornet has very good suspension, very stable att high speeds even though it is a naked and it is very smooth. I recommend it as first bike👌
@@donjuliovass Great, thanks mate 🙂 I enjoyed watching you ride it and thought it would be "easy" to handle haha 😛
@@donjuliovass i thought the early 2000's hornets were called the widowers because the front suspension at moderate speeds was too soft and lead to loosing the front end.
You feel she is stable at like 100 - 120 on a soft twisties section? I am split bettween upgrading to a hornet like yours or a 600 bandit.
Im driving a kawazaki gpz 500 so the jump aint massive. but my god, both of them sound beast compared to a gpz XD
@@duartemad it may be like that, mine was a 2003 model, and I think it has some small updates compared to the previous versions but I may be wrong.
I have to be honest, I own a yamaha mt10 from 2019 and my old hornet 600, has as good if not better suspension than my current bike. I am shocked that Honda managed to do that with that bike. And the power was insane after 7k rpm. I recommend it warmly even though I would personaly go for a 919 hornet or something with a V twin.
A bit late to the conversation, but we were learning on a 2003 hornet 600 for the category "A" motorcycle license. Then I decided to buy the same bike as my first bike. I think it's a good beginner bike, but it's still a bit powerful and requires some discipline and maturity. The lack of traction control got me a few times on T sections. Maybe our roads are bad, maybe my tires were, maybe both, but it's powerful enough that I got the back end to drift a bit due to giving it more throttle than I should have. So it requires beginners to be a bit gentle with it. It's also not a tall bike and fairly light, so those are 2 very important things that make it even more beginner friendly.
My uncle wanted to give that bike, but unfortunately I still have problems doings eights for my driving exam ,otherwise i would have got that bike
It is a very good bike for new riders, i do recommend it.
I had too problems doing eights when I learned but after alot trial and error I managed to do them easily.
1. You got to sit upp straight and as forward as you can on the seat.
2. You have to look ahead
3. Be gentle with only the clutch, work with that only just release and pull.
4. Make sure you are rolling all the time, dont stop otherwise you fall.
5. Relax on the bike
Good luck buddy! You can do this!🏍
Got my crashed miss that bike and sound with akrapović
Oh I hope you are allright man! I understand you, I feel the same about my old mt07🥲
@@donjuliovass now I'm fine..open fracture of lower leg, lung tissue, knee ,collarbone and left hand was broken..before i had titanium akrapovic now i have titanium leg ✌️💪
@@jackrusselltoto5523 shiet you are a damn titan now man! Take care
@@jackrusselltoto5523 now you got acropovic exhaust also 😂?
You say your not a professional rider but I must say your riding is very good 👍
Thank you mister😁 I am still learing
Il envoi du couscous en mode gran prix 😅
Nice bike. Good rider. Chill ride
Thanks Yusuf🙂
just purchased a 99 today, first bike
How is it? I’m wanting to buy my first bike 600Hornet year:2004. Is it good, reliable? How are your first impressions?
@@Peca.kaspic i have -99 hornet pc34. Very reliable. Only major issue i have had is that i had to change pilot jets after winter. I have had this bike 4yrs and ~25k km.
In Minute 1….is this Skene Järn???
I got the same one, i like it soo much and i dont know why because i also have an fz1n wich is bonkers.
The more I ride mine the more I like it and I totaly understand you my friend😁
Fz1 must be a beast on another level🤯
@@donjuliovass it really is, the fz wants to rip your arms off haha.
@@mrboostification oh I would love to try a fz1 one day.
Next year I will probably get a mt10 or ktm1290 and I want a bike to rip my arms off🤣
Great ride bro! Where did you buy the ND32 filter ?
Thanks! I bought it from a website in sweden called ActionKing.
hi.. can i have the type of Handlebars please?
Hi man! Sorry but I bought the bike with those handlebars on and I dont know the name.
Yamaha fazer 600 only 💪
What's the piece you have on the middle of your handlebar? I want to get one but can't find it :(
I dont know my man, I bought the bike with that thing on it.
It's a brace I think, makes it stronger in theory
@@rustyshackleford6874 I haven’t found one yet, I need one for a phone mount, I gotta look it up for real 😆
It´s a dangerous useless thing dessigned for Enduro/motocross bikes.
Try clutchless up changes - much smoother
I never dared but accidentaly did that once, downshift 😅
I agree as had a 2001 Hornet 600 and can confirm it's much better :-)
Now i can't decide if i want a hornet 600 or an SV650😭
For sound, I would choose sv650, but for speed, Hornet is faster and better at handling corners 👌
If you want low middle response and torque, the SV 650. If you want finure, no vibrations, sound and little better acceleration and final speed, the Hornet.
Nice bike, i got the same one and same color, it needs a respray do you know what the paint code of this one is? thanks a lot im restoring it.
Thanks🙂
I think you have to go to a local paint shop, and ask them to scan the colour of your bike and then they will make you the exact same paint for you to use.
I know somebody who did this with their car and it should work..
Mine neeeds a restoring too but I think I will sell it next year and buy something else.
Take care man and good luck with your project.
@@donjuliovass Thanks man!
I have the same bike and i think the paint code is under the seat on the frame
@@MXael10 yeah but my frame tells me that its red...
@@mrboostification if you still need it I can have a look on my bike tomorrow...
ayo is that renthal handlebar ?
Sorry bro! I do not know

Is it okay with 185cm?
I don know really, I am 172 cm and it was perfect for me, but you should be good at that height 👌
So where’s work?
Somewhere in Sweden 😁
@@donjuliovass hehe nice one!
@@beebol2581 👊😎
Great video. I'm in love with the hornet and would never part way with it. I have honda hornet 2006 cb900f with TRS exhaust. it sounds brilliant.
