que lindos
Do you know what type of machine is that? Can you provide me some specific information about that noodle machine?

Love this noodle making
This family should be awarded with the award of most efficient, creative and genius workers .. and the vedio as the top best .. 🙏🏻
Yes vedio is very the best. Also sounds of vedeo. Super top notch best. Like mukbang sounds.
The essence of passion on making traditional Korean noodles. 😍😍😍
*Korean Traditional Noodle was a very luxurious ingredient 100 years ago.* Such machine manufacturing processes are shown quickly and simply to the viewer, but it was only 50~60 years ago in the whole history. Originally, the noodle was made only handmade by palace chefs (待令熟手) in Goryeo & Joseon Dynasty, deserved for whose royal family(王家) and nobles(士族), but it was only allowed during special events or holidays. Also, it only used a form of welcome or gift(下四品) in the palace because too much manpower was required.
*In 1800, the technology of producing noodles developed and spread into private restaurants from Palace-chefs.* According to the record of Traditional Genre Art(箕山風俗圖), a Two-man organized as one team, one guy climbed the ladder and pressed the lever that squeezed dough when coming down. And the other guys squeezed- out it in the bowl that perforated with several holes. A thread shape of noodle comes-out outside and induces it into boiled cauldron water.
*Family houses in the Late Joseon Dynasty have a private bowl that was made in Calabash and bored several holes, and used it.* Also, they used buckwheat flour, not white flour, because of high prices. Even palace chefs made noodles with buckwheat flour and served them to Kings. The critical disadvantage of buckwheat flour was easily broken in compared to white flour and resolved it mixed with starch powder. Therefore, the wheat flour noodles were exorbitantly expensive in Korean history and only eaten once or twice a year.
Thanks for such a detailed explanation!
Do you know the Machine model mark and specific information?
there's no school like the old school. I love this
I thing, it seems like too much broken Rest?

I really admire the man-machine coordination, where machines are used to ease difficult tasks yet man remains in control and performs the more artistic function. I have it in Japan, Thailand and India. We used to do it in Europe before the advent of these giant / mega transnationals were established, making ordinary humans subservient to machines reducing them to baboons. Yes, there was a baboon, named Jack, in South Africa, who administered the railways crossing signal by hand. He was employed and paid pittance and half a bottle of beer every week. In 9 years, he never made a mistake.
alcohol is a strong motivator
good place, good food

Amazing machine; wonder how long this machine has been in use or created.
According to the year that he stamped on the paper, it saids "since 1976" so maybe that's how long ago? Idk, I'm just guessing.

It is a privilege to see this. I use to buy freshly made pasta from Mrs Poggie's shop in Seapoint, Cape Town many years ago. Sadly the shop is no longer there, as they have passed on. Thankyou very much for sharing this with us, this has brought back wonderful memories for me. Kind regards, and greetings from Africa.

Me encanto cuando sopló la máquina ....😝😝😝
What do you do with the chopped sides?
They treat the noodles just as they treat long pretty hair
Right👌👌
What do they do at the factory with the leftover pieces?
amazing food😋😋
i am very impressed from your work . i had some question what ingredients do you used while making noodles . hope for your reply
Inprecionante genial muito bom o trabalho dessas máquinas 👏👍👏eo manejo dê vcs
Obrigada por ver o meu comentário 💞
This was really interesting. I wonder what they do with the excess bits that they cut off✂️
Je me pose la même question !
Probably used for animal feeder, or being cut into small pieces and added to soup/stew. That's what they did in my country.
@@keselekbakiak Oui, why not ! J'espère qu'ils ne jettent pas !
Maybe so that is look neat?
