Wow I'm impressed. I've been a Maintenance Technician for almost 15 years now, and have been in 6 different industrial factories in my lifetime. This one is very innovative, and I don't think I've seen a cleaner factory in my entire career!

You can absolutely tell that Processing center is not in the USA! I have seen the workings of a few processing plants and they are nowhere near as hygienic as this one. I would also like to try those noodles because they look really really good. Not like the ones we get in America

That was pretty cool and interesting! The cleanliness is off the chart and the employees look so professional. I have always wondered how ramen was made and now I know. I remember when ramen was first sold in the USA. I was about 14 or 15. Once I tried it I absolutely loved it! I am now in my sixties and I still eat it. I watched one where they were making school lunches for children in Korea. I can't remember the name sorry. But if you searched for it, it's guaranteed not to disappoint. Well maybe a little disappoint because our American school never looked that amazing.
I am absolutely SO impressed with the amazing cleanliness of this factory, the efficiency of the machines and, of course, the workers. EVERYTHING is so well taken care of. It is impressive, too, how all of the food is fresh, high quality, and so well prepared…even the workers with the onions are exceptional! The most eye-opening part of this is that the soup actually starts off as actual soup with real meat stock before it is dehydrated for the packets. I had assumed that flavor packet was mostly salt, MSG, and artificial flavor, but this one is legitimate soup broth.
@@iaoys I have had bone broth soup that was definitely not made with MSG. MSG occurs naturally in some foods, but I am pretty sure beef broth is not one of them. I have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe you can provide more details.

Harim is the famous korean chicken meat processing company who supply to many korean fried chicken frenchise brand restaurants.
As someone who used to work as a cleaner in an industrial bakery, I have to say I am absolutely stunned at how seriously sanitation is taken here. You guys get an 11/10 for food safety.

진짜 싱싱하고 좋은 재료만 엄선해서 청결한 시설에서 제조하는구나.. 마트에서 포장지만 봤을때는 이렇게 고퀄리티로 만드는 줄 전혀 몰랐고 그냥 이름에 프리미엄만 붙여서 비싸게 팔아먹는줄.. ㅠ (요새 하도 그런식으로 폭리취하는 업체들이 많으니까..) 앞으로 라면 먹을일 있으면 이 라면만 찾게될듯.. 이 영상과 제조공정은 제조업체가 대대적으로 나서서 홍보해야한다! 직접 나서서 알려주지 않으면 소비자들은 눈꼽만큼도 모르기 때문에.. 20년 넘는 세월동안 라면은 몸에 안좋고 나쁜 음식이라는 편견을 가지고 살았는데 이 영상보고 싹 사라짐.. 라면 싫어하는 사람들도 라면 끓이게 만들만한 그런 귀한 영상임!

I'm only 1.38 into this video and the perfection is off the charts. It's not just clean. Everything is polished even the chain and gears under the conveyer.
@@pawelsapieja6178 OK that might be true. But no one is going to pay to have a chain polished and not keep it spotless. The gears are polished I would be more inclined to believe it's cleaned dried and buffed every day that's how it ended up with the polished finish.

I never thought there was real food in instant mass-produced ramen. I liked how they turned all the scallions to peel off outer layers. Perfect looking vegetables. edit: alternatively, it was staged and they used the best specimens

It's kinda not cheap in my country. It's like triple price from our instant noodle. But yea, I'm so glad even that food itself not healthy but the environment of the process are clean

So I searched at how ramen are made and why you can not make so fast. Thinking it would be easy like spaghetti and sauce, but so so many ingredients go in this. As a Korean living abroad, I can take only a few brands of ramen from the Asian market, but in fact, there is plenty of ramen with all different flavors in Korea. Even it looks like just ramen, Korean loves them a lot, and are really serious about how you cook them. And it's not just food for only the poor as foreign people imagined.
I had my first internship in a cigarette producing plant.. It was exactly the same automated process right till packaing.. But ofcourse the procedures were different.. these automated processes are lovely
I thought it was really cool how the noodles were pressed into the cups by jets of air, and also how running the dry noodles under dangling weights would knock off any bits that were sticking out. That said, this entire process is really impressive to me.
I now realize how much effort and how long it takes to produce a packet of ramen. All the ingredients are fresh and authentic. I can now appreciate each bowl of ramen more.

@@gomdol-np2uy 네...일반적으로 분말을 조합하여 로 만들어지죠. 근데 그 분말을 만들때 육수를 진공건조하여 만드는것은 맞죠... 이게 먹을만한 요리수준인가?라는 내용에 전 라면이 별로 다르지 않고 다른데도 다 청결하고 수준높게 만드니 싼거 드시라고 말씀드린겁니다. 건면이면 다 가격이 비싸져야 하는가에에대해서는 오래전에 나온멸치칼국수와 비교해 보심 될것 같습니다. 아무쪼록 우리나라 업체들이 좋은 설비에서 생산되어 수출도 많이하고 소비자의 선택권도 많아지면 좋겠네요

This is all dry stuff being packed. Bakery products require way more wet and dry ingredients and it's a messy thing.

I'm only 1.38 into this video and the perfection is off the charts. It's not just clean. Everything is polished even the chain and gears under the conveyer.

@@pawelsapieja6178 OK that might be true. But no one is going to pay to have a chain polished and not keep it spotless. The gears are polished I would be more inclined to believe it's cleaned dried and buffed every day that's how it ended up with the polished finish.

I never thought there was real food in instant mass-produced ramen. I liked how they turned all the scallions to peel off outer layers. Perfect looking vegetables.

I really love learning about the manufacturing process of food. It makes you appreciate just how much goes into making stuff, even if it’s considered “cheap.”
It's kinda not cheap in my country. It's like triple price from our instant noodle. But yea, I'm so glad even that food itself not healthy but the environment of the process are clean

Thank you so much. Here in our stores there are no more ramen on the shelves. They will get more in next month but at a higher price. So I searched at how ramen are made and why you can not make so fast. Thinking it would be easy like spaghetti and sauce, but so so many ingredients go in this. Greatly appreciate and appreciating ramen a lot more now.

작년 가을부터 이라면 먹어왔는데 지금꺼정 먹어본 라면중에 최고였습니다. 국물에서 깊은 사골국같은 맛이나고 면발도 쫄깃거리구 타브렌드서 나는 역한 스프향도 없구
지금은 이라면만 먹습니다. 먹어보니 비싼가격이 아닙니다!
그런데 타브렌드 비해서 양 이 약간 적은듯 합니다.
오히려 그덕분에 약간 아쉬움+비교적 적은 칼로리라서 다음에 또 먹고싶게 만들더라구요? ㅎ

As a Korean living abroad, I can take only a few brands of ramen from the Asian market, but in fact, there is plenty of ramen with all different flavors in Korea. Even it looks like just ramen, Korean loves them a lot, and are really serious about how you cook them. And it's not just food for only the poor as foreign people imagined.

This has to be most advanced food factory I’ve ever seen. I was expecting human to do the final packing and transferring, but that are also automated.
Humans would not be able to produce those numbers.

But ofcourse the procedures were different.. these automated processes are lovely

I thought it was really cool how the noodles were pressed into the cups by jets of air, and also how running the dry noodles under dangling weights would knock off any bits that were sticking out. That said, this entire process is really impressive to me.

@@nooncop947 기계야 똑같겠지만 저렇게 닭육수에 재료 끓여서 스프 만들지는 않는데요? 보통 라면 거의 분말 섞어서 만들지 않나 저건 면도 튀긴면 아닌 건면이고
@@gomdol-np2uy 네...일반적으로 분말을 조합하여 로 만들어지죠. 근데 그 분말을 만들때 육수를 진공건조하여 만드는것은 맞죠... 이게 먹을만한 요리수준인가?라는 내용에 전 라면이 별로 다르지 않고 다른데도 다 청결하고 수준높게 만드니 싼거 드시라고 말씀드린겁니다. 건면이면 다 가격이 비싸져야 하는가에에대해서는 오래전에 나온멸치칼국수와 비교해 보심 될것 같습니다. 아무쪼록 우리나라 업체들이 좋은 설비에서 생산되어 수출도 많이하고 소비자의 선택권도 많아지면 좋겠네요
