    만두 알기를 우습게 알고 살아왔는데...아니군요. 물론 모든 만두가 다 이렇게 정성들여 만들어지는 건 아니지만. 솜씨에 경의를 표합니다.
    똑같은 재료로 나보고 만들어보라고 하면 나는 못만들지요.

    10:55あたりからすげー好き。自分用に。
    切った後の皮が消しゴム削った後のにしか見えなくなってきて、最高に好き。あと音も好きなんだけど。
    切った時のジッパー下げた時みたいな音も好み。控えめなジッパーというか。。

    10:00 See how he puts some flour down, then spreads it across the entire sheet with just a flick of the wrist? This is the sort of thing anyone can do, but it takes a few years to do it right.
    At my work, I can change windshield wiper blades crazy fast, and most of the customers are amazed. I tell them "you should have seen me my first couple of months".

    My god, the work that they put into this, hot damn and the patience of the staff to stay there and roll that dough over and over again till it gets that thin...These people are amazing! And i really do hope that they use the leftovers of the dough for another dish (which they probably do).

    thanks so much for posting this! I've been making dumpling skins the old fashioned way by taking each piece of dough individually and rolling it out with a small rolling pin. It works but it takes forever. I can use this method to produce many more dumplings with more consistent size, texture, and thickness. ❤

      @@davidy22 : You maybe right, but doing it your way takes heck of a lot longer and gonna make the dumpling cost a whole lot more. I've made mandu at home using store bought skins and I've had no probs if you buy the right brand, bursting or otherwise. I already find making the filling with kimchi, chopped buchu (the green thingys), ground pork, and glass noodles laborious enough. Making my own skin? Fuhgedaboudit!

    Очень много времени тратит повар из-за того, что обрезает тесто по кругу. Почему бы не слепить пельмень из квадратного, или прямоугольного листа. Будет вареник не полукругом, а квадратный, или прямоугольный, вкус от этого не изменится. По тесту будет отходов меньше, а новая форма заинтересует гостей попробовать это.

    5:30 Pushing dough in with your hands like that is so ridiculously, incredibly dangerous. Sure, pushing the unprocessed dough up against the roller lets you get the initial flattening done in one pass instead of 2 or 3 because it prevents tearing, but all it takes is one slip and your fingers and hand are getting pulled in. That big yellow "no hands" warning sticker is there for a reason.

      I was thinking the same thing! I have worked with heavy machinery before and the awful awful things that can happen when you are careless like this would make anyone sick. I hated to see him using his hands.

      That's why he don't push his fingers towards the machine. He uses his palm instead when it's going near the roller since once his fingers touched the roller it will be hard to pull it out. But seriously my anxiety just went 📈📈 watching him do that over and over again 😨

      Оч много усилий, для пельмешки
