My god, the work that they put into this, hot damn and the patience of the staff to stay there and roll that dough over and over again till it gets that thin...These people are amazing! And i really do hope that they use the leftovers of the dough for another dish (which they probably do).

I work in food industry, usually i started at 5am until 4pm
And this is why the dumplings are delicious because of the work they'd put in during the making, cutting and cooking process. Everything steps need ultimate patience and diligence to make it work.🥰🥰🥰

Будет вареник не полукругом, а квадратный, или прямоугольный, вкус от этого не изменится. По тесту будет отходов меньше, а новая форма заинтересует гостей попробовать это.

If you've made dumplings at home it really doesnt... It's just time consuming. Making dough is easy. Hand rolling takes time. The filling you can make to your own taste. I personally mix 1/2lb minced pork belly, 1/2lb minced shrimp (squid/scallop/lobster/clams all work too or put it all in, that's fine too), diced shiitake mushrooms, salt, white pepper, sesame oil. Key thing is to boil water, scoop a little filling into it and try it before you wrap them. Wrap them. and that's it. You can freeze it and eat it at your leisure. (if you freeze put flour or they stick)

Все традиционно корейские блюда тщательно готовятся по той рецептуре и в той последовательности действий, как это делалось в старину. В этом прелесть этих блюд. Есть современные вспомогательные приборы, типа тестораскат.машинка... и, главное, это умопомрачительно вкусно

Can’t tell you how much I wish I has an electric dough roller - I tried to source one for my mom as it’s not so easy to roll out all the home made fair anymore. I was the one who stepped up to learn all the family recipes, but I can’t even hold a pen for more than a few sentences due to injury and I’m in a chair. (Which wouldn’t be an excuse, except all my pain receptors work)
Those things are a couple thousand dollars!!

This is an art form. This is why food from other cultures taste so much better. They have more ingredients, many layers of flavors, and are very complex. They take the time to prepare and cook the dish. Here in America we’re looking for a quick and easy way with nothing more than five ingredients in the meal. To me, that’s why many dishes taste so bland. These dumplings look so delicious!
