Then again, he actually did become extremely successful because, according to everyone in the Bulls at the time, the first time he went to a party with the team, he saw the copious amount of cocaine and weed, then turned around went back to his hotel room.

This reminded me of D.A.R.E. and all the anti-drug messages they provided. These have aged to the point that I now feel old for having seen them on TV as a kid.

It’s like bands in tropical themed beachside bars and grills. From what I’ve heard, the song they hate the most is “margaritaville” because it is the song that everyone wants to hear in a place like that.
It is good watching the old Jon Tron. Depending on which order you watch his videos, you see him gain or lose weight.
Mr. T was a bouncer and got famous by winning a televised Bouncer competition (I can't remember the name) His personality landed him a role in the show: "The A-Team"
Wrestling legend Captain Lou Albano was the voice and face of Mario for an entire generation of kids, including myself. He and Danny Wells as Luigi had perfect brotherly chemistry together, both in the live action bits and the animated bits of the Super Mario Bros. Super Show. I highly suggest Kip and his audience check it out if you haven't already.
I have no idea if Mr. T ever did hard drugs. But if he did, he most certainly stopped after Rocky 3. His mother was appalled by the character Clubber Lang and warned her son to never present himself on screen in a negative fashion again. From then on he was all about being a role model and sending out positive messages.
I remember some of these commercials. They came about because of angry moms championing causes. The whole “think of the children” movement. Would they fly today? Probably. The people you think would be against them were the ones largely responsible for them a generation ago.
It’s funny cuz now the “think of the children” crowd are actually also just young tweens and teens screaming about innocuous or innocent things, while they invade adult spaces and blame adults for it.
Are there valid inappropriate content or dangerous places for kids online? For sure! But the puritan culture often targets things and ppl who’ve done nothing wrong, and don’t actually impact as much as they think.

Oh if you want to see a lot of good old commercials I can recommend Nostalgia Critic's entire back catalogue of commercial watching episodes. The PSA parts are a treat.
I remember watching these anti-drug PSA's along with the Crash Test Dummies PSA's when I was a child during the 80s. Love your reaction videos and hope to see more soon.

Those PSA's were so stupid. They just made themselves look dumb. If you want kids to actually stay from drugs then show them pictures of real life effects from drugs. Also, who even has the money to spend on drugs? I never understood how anyone even got that much money in the first place to spend on all that shit.
Never understood how for them showing the effects of drugs is worse for them to show these drug trip of a PSA or dead bodies/scare tactics
Speaking from experience, the only things that are in danger from pot are the refrigerator and the pantry.
As an expert pothead I too would agree that my fridge and wallet are in the most amount of danger

The Jordan one is my favorite, considering the whole point of the drug bandwagon was to stop kids frome destroying their lives, and the whole reason Michael Jordan is the number one athlete of all time is because he intentionally destroyed any ability to be normal and happy.
