- One hundred years ago, J. Gresham Machen wrote his classic book Christianity and Liberalism. His answers to rising challenges in the church and the world are perhaps even more necessary now than when the book was published in 1923. Christians today must heed Machen’s clarion call to steer clear of compromise and to stand for the faith once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 3).
We’re live with our 2023 Winter Conference, Machen’s Christianity and Liberalism: 100 Years Later. Watch now as we look back to Machen’s life and work, his hope in the power of the gospel, and his prayer that a new Reformation would “burst forth once more in God’s good time.”

It is really great that the tour guides and caretakers over the years didn’t make up endless lies about the property and say that everyone else’s lies about the property are lies while their stories are true.

I hope everyone privately discussed the shared anomaly in all fields of study around the models that James webb has placed now on cosmology.
This is big stuff and its the same limitations that have profound influence on science.
This is a real chance to correct a lot of mistakes from this last century if everyone can get on the same page and let the Bible dictate interpretations again..

Any relation to the fantasy writer Arthur Machen? I don't have the impression that the last name is all that common, curiously enough, despite the verb being common in German.
I don’t know what this will be about,but just based on the name ,I say this. If you want to be “ liberal,meaning to me you don’t really believe. Why don’t you just let those of us who literally believe alone. Let us believe without you?
In the end of the day, just another way to not follow Yeshua, but, like king David, mimic the rebel system that killed The Messiah.

at 24:37...I had to stop for all the scripture the Lord kept downloading to me-but the one that holds more foundational girth is this...1 Corinthians 1:18-31

21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."....how will you believe God..then knowing that from the Beginning the Word was with God and the Word Was (is) God (John 1:1) yet still cut out the very modus operandi chosen by God..to break the yoke (1st Corinthians 1:17....Mark 1:15 & 2nd Timothy 3:16)..How can Gods will be done without the ax..the fire...the living water that IS the preaching of the Word???- the only sanctifyer of mankind (sanctify them by your truth Father-your Word is Truth=John 17:17)....we are warned thoroughly by God to not be taken by mens vanity in the form of philosophy or tradition (Colossians 2:8). ...this whole seminary...theological western ideological Approach to the matter is faulty.

what did i hear correct set aside the claims of jeus saying he was God . man just a few minutes and i heard enough to say this man has beleived a lei and is under strong delusion

You can lead a good and useful life without believing in an imaginary and man made entity based on an ancient book written by people who knew nothing of the workings of the world.
another lecture about imaginary friends. The bible is scifiction at best, not even a good literature.
