Remember seeing your beach set @ outlook 2011, our tents were just behind the decks n we just lay there on our inflatable mattresses in the sun in disbelief that we were being treated to the perfect set for the situation by big man phaeleh himself... then came down to the crowd for the last tracks, which there are vids of on youtube, for a moment that will always be with me. Thanks bro, for one of my lifes highlights and many nights of therapy to your tunes.

I can't find "unwanted" on Spotify. I thrashed this song a decade or so ago. I'd forgotten about it until re listening to this. So very good!
I wasn't allowed to release it unfortunately, so it isn't on any streaming platforms. I did post a download link on my Patreon in March if a digital copy would work, but it's unlikely it would ever be on streaming platforms I'm afraid.

Yeah, most of these tracks have been pencilled for various free releases or compilations for years, I just haven't really found the time to sort it out properly and do the music justice (rather than rushing it for a quick cash grab). I am hoping once I've got a few more projects out of the way I can put aside a few weeks to do this. Perhaps I could even stream some of those sessions...

I'm definitely going to do some studio focussed stuff. Might do something on the hardware side of things first, as I haven't had much joy with capturing the screen output from my main music machine. But will experiment to see if it's possible from a camera...

As someone who listens to drum and bass for over 15 years and some other electronic music styles like dubstep in between, I can't believe that drum and bass tune at the start wasn't released. It sorta gave me this vibe similar to what Evol Intent used to have, FSOL - Papua New Guinea (Evol Intent Remix) and the sorts. Amazing work mr. Phaeleh!

I just watched your studio video and it turns out we both started producing around the same time, on Cubase, with Yamaha SW100XG soundcards. My studio looks absolutely nothing like that though :D Currently rocking Bitwig (one of the few DAWs that support Linux), with very few outboard stuff. I should imagine with that amount of kit your studio is pretty _toasty_!

I do still have it connected to an ancient PC, but think XG Edit stopped working or something like that, would love to get it working again one day. It's not too bad in there tbf, as it's very very rare that everything would be switched on at the same time. I think the ambient stream may have been the only time that was the case, and it was roasting!
