I saw them in Seattle about a week ago and they played this song. She has her own band and plays modern bluegrass. The Brothers put on a high energy show.

They nail it. Very faithful to the original, which I appreciate. It's a mandolin, with eight strings, tuned the same as a violin. I personally thought Neil Young made it more emotional and personal than AJ. But she is a phenom if there ever was one.

When I saw the still picture, I thought this was a Bluegrass band. I bet they are. I absolutely love Bluegrass. Neil Young would totally dig this cover. Dad got it right! This might be better. It happens that a band sometimes gets the song and expands upon it. Just checked them out. They also do an excellent rendition Can't find My Way Home by Blind Faith (was on my playlist and a future request) - might prefer their version, which might be sacrilege to the faithful. Blind Faith had Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker from Cream and Stevie Winwood from Traffic. Blind Faith was an early supergroup. Brother Comatose needs to be kept an eye on for those who hold classics from that time so dear.
It's a Mandolin it's got 8 strings and Ukuleles aren't shaped like that.she's a bluegrass musician got her own band A.j. and blue summit.the brothers like to do videos with other artist they know this one really hit the spot and got a lot of view.

I've heard this band B 4 and really enjoyed them doing this song. Also this song sounds so much like "I'll see you in my dreams" performed by Joe Brown in the "Concert For George (Harrison)" 2002. Joe also played the Uke. You should check it out...I's pretty melancholy sounding though. Your dad might like it Sam....cheers. BTW you guys do Bluegrass too :)

Two weeks later. So sad. If people don't see a hyped promotion, or someone that a large group agrees is "something good" nobody will give the time to explore for themselves. This is so good, but few have heard of them. Take a moment people and try something for yourself. Am I surrounded by robots? I guess I am. Frickin' lemmings. Think for yourselves. Maybe you will actually learn something for yourself and not just rehash someone else's idea. I'm just about done with this species. This is a great song performed at a high level. I think I'll listen to it again!

Brought up on "Harvest" album but for sure this was better. Rare for a cover to be better than the original.
