the Biltema exhaust pipes have some (alu?) coating on them, i always use a wirebrush/wheel - it makes the welds 10x better. I had my car for its MOT/PKK at the end of 2022, put on the original exhaust (with the gutted DPF ofc) and the sound was still nice... so I would highly suggest DPF delete for the sounds

@@FahreFilms it's really simple, just plug and play the 530d turbo (gt2260v) and you can go up to ~270hp (that's the injectors bottlenecks). I don't think diesel sound is something you or anyone around you very much enjoys to listen, it's best kept silent. Will be better welding if you used a glove on your other hand. To keep the welder still in the meantime you weld - Too much heat will make the tube to "pop" (making a hole). Looks like the tubes is stainless steel which means you can weld in it. you can mabyee remove it with a angle grinder

You did you best, it looks okay. You should add a catalytic converter. That will reduce the CO2 emissions on your car. If it's legal in Norway.

Full straightpipe with downpipe is the way to go. No dpf, no cat, no muffler. Will sound awesome in that case!
Very entertaining video though🔥🔥
on any diesel with a dpf filter removing the muffler won't do anything you are going to have to gut the dpf and then it will sound nice:)
