PhDs take at least 5 yrs may be a lot longer and you graduate university at best 21 yrs old so at the end you would be at best 26 yrs old but still you wont be able to get the job because you need to publish articles and do research all that sht.
There's private university and public university. Easiest way to get a job as lecturer is in private universities. Public universities has lot of requirements such as start with teaching course/diploma - start as tutor - articles research - at least PhD and etc. For private universities you can skip all that depend on the university standard requirements. Be wise, At the end of the day all that matters is *experiences* of lecturing even after finished PhD. In my country, private university accept masters (to lecture bachelor students) and bachelor degree (to lecture diploma students)
