This is a simple and very easy Anjeer Wafer Bite Recipe. It can be individually packed and can be taken along as Healthy Snack for school or travel too and a good gifting idea as well. It's a perfect snack to include dry fruits and nuts for kids who like wafer biscuits.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
60 Gms Pack Wafer Biscuit - I used Vanilla Flavour -Check link below for more healthy wafer biscuits
15 to 18 (100 gms) Dried Anjeer/Figs
15 to 18 (100 gms) Dates/Khajur
1/4 Cup (20 - 30 gms) Chopped Walnuts - Can add any nuts of your choice
