Indulge in this delightful Chicken Pinwheel Sandwich and mini sandwich, a satisfying meal option that's easy to make and fun to eat! Add them to your starters for parties and get togethers. Enjoy them as evening snacks too.
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
13 Bread Slices - try to use fresh and large slices
3/4th Cup Boiled and shredded Chicken - cut fine
2 Tbsp Red Bell Peppers (red capsicum) - finely chopped
2 Tbsp Yellow Bell Peppers (Yellow capsicum) - finely chopped
1 Tbsp Green Bell Peppers (green capsicum) - finely chopped
Salt as per Taste
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Mustard Sauce
3/4th Cup Mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp Schezwan Ketchup - can mix tomato Ketchup with schezwan chutney
Butter for spreading on the Breads
Keep in fridge for 1 to 2 Hours to set well before slicing
