Beautifully shot video as always, Eric you are a master at catching the mood, and describing feelings. A great story teller. Home is where was all gravitate to when we need solus, and a refocus. The end of season wind down is on, just gentle turning over for the next few weeks so we don't lose touch with who we are. But time for reflection then on with future plans. As I always say you can't begin to know where you are going until you understand where you have been. Stay safe both see you next week, much live from the UK X

Damn this editing is just insane
So many memories of running and cycling around Sauvie's Island. Racing cross at Krueger Farms around Halloween when the mud would trash your derailleur. I remember when that parking lot just off the bridge was gravel with potholes. So glad you decided to get away to PDX. Once again Eric your narrative and video skills are outstanding!

Barista in Portland is our go-to for coffee. If you like vegan food, we always use to go to the Bye and Bye. A+ drinks there as well

Where is Paula race, lol congrats Paula, and see the turkey, they sure look so much more beautiful alive:) that's the only thing missing, you go vegan, or just pro life, like don't eat anything that needs to be killed to be eaten, and I predict, and pray you will be faster then ever have been:) and Eric, long distance, see what you can swim, and bike long course, then work on the run when your knee heals, and FYI, injuries they are not good, sometimes they stay with you for the rest of your life, so no more crashes:)
