- On Sunday, July 30, 2023, the ex-Capital Connection S Class Carriages were transferred from Palmerston North to Wellington by DFB 7158. The carriages operated their last Capital Connection run on July 28th, and starting July 31st, the SR Class Carriages will operate the train.
