- Steps:
For Bharadvajasana (Bharadvaja’s Twist), fold your left knee and keep it in vajrasana. Bend the right leg and keep it on the left thigh. Mindfully keep your left hand below the right thigh and twist and hold the right toe with right hand. Turn your head to your right, parallel to the shoulder. Release the right toe and repeat with left leg.
Benefits:
Bharadvajasana is beneficial in strengthening the spine,torso,shoulders and hips. It helps relieve lower back pain and neck pain.

It would be wonderful to have the narrator state the name of the pose. I'm wanting to learn the proper names and pronunciation.
Honey, it's Bharadvajasana or Bharadvaja’s Twist . Sage Bharadvaja gave it to humanity. One of the benefits is GLOWING Skin :-). So go ahead and practice :-)
What other stretches and poses will help get you to where you can do this properly? I’m a few inches away from being able to grab my foot.
