1. Limit coffee and chocolate
2. Don't miss meals and eat at the same time of the day
3. Clear ama (undigested food) if present
4. Eat before a workout
5. Limit spicey, salty and sour foods
6. Go to bed before 10 pm
7. Manage stress, especially anger, with sandalwood EO
8. Use flowers as medicine, especially rose
