    The saddest part is that after dealing with a face full of pimples for years, you have to deal with the scars... the only good thing ab this is that we learn to have more confidence

      @@gabrielegriciunaite4163 I already got rid of all my old scars and now I only have new scars, due to stress I started getting pimples again, and I used this product (which I've been using for years) and some how it burned my face, so I got very big and visible scars. However I used this product called shirley which got rid of almost all my scars, it did it in the past and it did it again after I got new scars. I literally used to have scars everywhere apart from my nose then in September I only had a few on my cheeks, now due to what happened (stress) I had some in my chin and cheeks. But 'shirley' lightened them very fast now they are not as visible, it will take a few months for them to go away. Shirley looks like a white chapstick, it also works for pimples. My biggest advice is to try to get used to the scars and love your own skin cause then time will literally fly, you wont be looking at the scar each single day, so the process will definitely be fast. I literally found out that almost everyone in my high school thought I had freckles, so some people liked them 😂 if you want me to show you how my skin changed, and a picture of the product, you can DM on Instagram (@ainara.menendezz) when you apply the product make sure you put it directly on the scar, I made a mistake (when I first started using it) and applied it all over my face, and (I'm mixed race)it looked like I had no melanin in me,( I got lighter) but I got my colour back after a few months. Stay strong, I've been dealing with this for 4 years, and some adults at my church thought I had a disease, they would say "dont touch her" to their children, and the children thought I had the chickenpox 😂😭. I dont blame them, they were just uneducated, I went through a lot of criticism, people would never look me in the eye they would always look at my pimples or scars... but now even with a few scars I have people calling me beautiful, people look me in the eye again and most importantly I feel beautiful and confident (but obviously I still want a clear face ), what made me feel the most insecure were the negative comments that I got from people, but now the majority of people who laughed at me are starting to get acne, but I still feel bad for them cause acne affects both your appearance and mental health, it feels like a punishment. Good luck to everyone, I truly hope that everything works out, 'shirley' worked for me and it's only £1,( I dont sell it ) good luck in your journey ❤

    Skincare routine for glowing, clear skin:
    - Start with a glass of water on an empty stomach.
    - Wash face with besan pack and rose water, then pat dry.
    - Use liiittleextra rice berry vitamin c face serum and apply aloe vera gel as moisturizer.
    - At night, use milk and turmeric mix on face, then wash off and use toner and aloe vera gel.
    - Have greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, and exercise 4-5 times a week or practice yoga.

      Steffy Rodriguez if you want to speed up healing of the skin, retinol (vitamin A) is great. Look for a retinol serum to use at night or I like to use a mask with retinol!!! It’s my holy grail. I use the Tula exfoliating treatment mask 2-3 times per week and every night as a spot treatment speeds up my healing along with my serums. I don’t know what I would do without that mask. I exfoliate a thin layer of it in for 1 minute, if you can see through it, it’s all you need. The retinol in the mask speeds up cell turn over and healing, while the lactic acid in it lightens spots. Once per day I use the Tula acne clearing and tone correcting gel as a serum, it has niacinamide, azelic acid and salicylic acid and NO alcohol. The no alcohol part is so rare, there’s also no silicone in it! That’s what I use to brighten and speed up healing. The rest of my skincare is all about hydration. Gentle cleansing, moisturizer (I change them every 4 months. Tula, Drunk Elephant and Biossance, Creme Dermopurifiante from Biologique Recherche are great) and non-clogging oils (Sunday Riley JUNO oil or my Biossance Rose Oil). Just a warning: if you are brightening everything and also using retinols, you absolutely must wear SPF during the day. No exceptions. 😘

I’m on day 9 and my acne nd acne scars have faded so beautifully, this is the best my face has looked in yrs. Please go and try it everyone!! As a plus, it also lightens everywhere so if you have darkness around ur mouth, this is good for that too!!

I wouldn’t recommend doing it on active breakouts since that’ll just spread them 😐

    Thanks for the video :) & if anyone wants extra tips Also remember, the stuff you put inside your body is just as important as what you put on the outside . Make sure you are eating a healthy full balanced diet and not a bunch of junk food. As well as a lot of water , take collagen, hyaluronic acid, antioxidants, vitamins, healthy minerals and botanicals . You can get these from powders, Supplements, gummies, or food. It’s really important that you are supporting your skin from the inside as well. And one huge thing also, is wear sunscreen !!!! It’s a big deal. Sun/UV ray damage makes scars darker, more noticeable and much harder to get rid of . Sunscreen is huge in healing and preventing hyperpigmentation/scarring of the skin!

    Girl you have to try the vitamin c serum from Timeless skin. It’s mixed the same day that it ships and it’s the highest concentrate you can get that has studies to show that it is a stable form of VC. It’s also only like $25 but if you look around you can find codes from You-tubers. I have been using it for a couple years and it’s the best I have ever used. I had really bad acne a few years ago and healed it naturally and even got rid of the horrible scarring. Then I got to college and the school food made me breakout for a full year. Now I just have scars left AGAIN. They didn't bother me too much until I facetimed my Mom and she said "what happened to your face? I thought the acne cleared up! we need to get you surgery for that!" She is probably the only person on the planet who's opinion I care about. And she shattered my self confidence.

    • @francesmarquez871
      @francesmarquez871 5 років тому +1

      Sarah Martinez hey idk what routine you have rn but i just wanted to tell u that u should only be purging when your products have active ingredients in them (salicylic acid, glycolic acid, etc) because they speed up your skin cell turnover making you « breakout », and usually if a product is giving you acne in places youve never had acne before its most likely not purging

    • @kristinakking
      @kristinakking  5 років тому +1

      No I didn’t have a purge or breakouts with the vitamins or products, but then again ever skin is different so I can’t say for sure in your case but it’s highly unlikely unless you use Retin-A or something like that

    Hey girl, just wanted to say this was super helpful and so was your previous video about clearing your acne in 1 month. My acne right now looks really similar to what you had and I used a prescription topical cream for a bit which really helped and it stayed clear for a couple of months but now it's suddenly come back which is extremely frustrating and the prescription cream made my skin really sensitive. Do you use a moisturiser at all and if so, which one? Also with the retinol you mentioned in the description, do you use that at the same time as the other products such as the Niacinamide? Thanks lovely! xx

  • @lilychau1671
    @lilychau1671 4 роки тому

    For those who has scars problems, have you ever consider microdermabrasion?, scars are basically dead skin cells, you need to get rid of it in order for the new cells to grow. You basically have a layer of dead skin cell sitting superficially on you face, so even your skin cell rejuvenate every 4-6 weeks you still don't see any changes on your face. So get rid of that dead skin cell layer and you will see the radiant glow or changes to your skin at the next phrase. Depending on how deep your scars are, it will take time, but on average scarring you probably need about 2 microdermabrasion treatment before you can see result and up to6 treatment for you to be satisfy the outcome.
    I am not a beautician or trying to sell any product. This is my own opinion and i have seen it work on some of my friends who suffered from acne scarring.

    Does the ordinary niacin-amide help old acne scars and texture. I just bought it. My skin is almost clear I just have acne scars and I get 2-4 pimple rarely or when I am on my period. I just got off my period few days ago and I got acne. I always get rid of them with my steroid eczema cream your not supposed to put on your face but it’s for inflammations so whenever I extract the pus out my pimple I put it on the area where I have them and it drys them out in a couple off days. I only put it on but if this actually work I don’t have to do all that because sometimes the pimples don’t extract as they are fresh.
