I think you are quite delusional to think that looks don't matter, considering the exterior designs and colors of some of the washers from the 60s and 70s and the way the LG Waveforce of today looks. Maybe it doesn't matter to you, cause your laundry room looks utilitarian and isn't an integrated part of your home, but that certainly doesn't describe everyone's situation
We had one for years. This was the best machine ever made. Too bad they don't still make them. Wish I'd never gotten rid of ours.
