That's short and sweet. But rather than pouring water into oil while making rice...it can be done vice-versa. Pouring water into oil for new bees can be risky..
There is a difference. When you heat the oil and add whole spices to it, the oil extracts the aroma from the spices and when you add water to that mixture of oil and spices, the water gets that flavour which then gets in the rice. Just adding oil and spices to boiling water never extracts the aroma to the same extent. That is why in asian cooking we always add whole spices to hot oil.

this is by far, the best recipe and cooking method. It turned out to be a huge hit with fam when I tried it. You can use the exact same ingredients with meat (lamb, goat.. etc) but you'll need more time cooking.. (you can also marinateit for an hour for extra flavor) 1 more thing, you can cook on low flame for extra juiciness, but you'll spend extra time. Thanks bro for an amazing vid

Today I cooked briyani as per your manual and it was amazing. My family enjoyed this briyani with cold drink and salad. We had 5 star restaurant recipe at home so cheaply. Thank you much. Keep going demonstrating recipes as usual. Great work. Thanks once again.
