Physical health is so damn important. I know everybody says it and it's so easy to roll your eyes at those people when you're depressed, I've been there recently even. Getting some regular exercise is seriously transforming my life more than anything I've tried. I'm not even doing anything intense, just walking a lot. But I feel so much happier and less depressed, my anxiety is becoming more manageable, and I'm feeling smarter and smarter cause my brain fog is fading. Seriously, do some exercise. It doesn't have to be intense. Obviously some more vigorous exercise is probably better but you don't have to start there. Walk like 15 mins a day every single day, even when you really don't want to. It's gonna help
Here after finding out my ex girlfriend is now with a good friend of mine while they were talking about me behind my back while we were together. After the breakup, I was steadily declining in many aspects of my life. I lost weight, developed a temper and was demotivated to continue my studies. I'm now months behind my workload, and I feel incredibly inferior to almost everyone in my life. Your videos has gotten me started on the right path of recuperating how I was, and hopefully someone even better. I don't generally write comments but here we are today when I really want to write one . From the time I was a little kid I was quite mature ,serious and mindful but really average .I just couldn't understand anything in class and even my motor skills were bad (I was a small kid) .No one around me had any expectations from me .I was really quiet . I wouldn't speak at all ,even when I wanted to .I would want to play with other kids but I could never take the initiative or I would also want to laugh but I would never be able to .I never liked that .I wanted to be like all the other kids .Happy and carefree .Well despite all these things I made a promise as a kid to never doubt myself and do whatever I liked however I liked .This thing helped me to move ahead I became a good student , slowly I started talking to people and made friends . This was something which I craved since forever . But life isn't smooth and things happened in my life that ruined my mental health , my mental health got to a point where I was depressed 24 /7 .This phase was for one and a half year ,no one knew about it and I didn't had people around me who could help .My grades were dropping and I didn't knew what to do .During this time I started watching anime and after watching a few episodes of aot I didn't want to die anymore .I wanted to live and do things . I took whatever strength I had in me and started . I gave my 10th boards and came third in my school . When I went to another school I wasn't able to handle my subject but eventually I got a hang of it because this time I wanted to do it and I believed in my self . Believing in your self is very important because all you have is yourself at the end of the day .Do what you love and do it with passion build routine and you would be able to do anything .If you are struggling right now , don't worry .I know situations are tough but you will get through this and remember life is worth living .! Make every moment of your life memorable put in efforts and don't stress over result . Life is not easy but it's wonderful . Life is not always going to be good but it is also not going to be bad forever . Life is colourful . And yeah trust yourself you have got it

Meditation: when I wake up in the morning and put my feet on the ground, I will take 10 deep breaths Yoga: when I leave my bedroom I will stand on my Yoga mat and do one standing pose Gratitude: while the kettle boils, I will say out loud 3 things I’m grateful for Creativity: before work, I will sit at my desk and draw one sketch Workout: when I get home from work I will take my dog for a short walk around the block Strength: before my evening shower I will do 10 modified pull ups, 15 wall push-ups, 15 squats and a 30 second plank Consistency is my goal 🙏

i follow you since 3 months now and i can say that i got my drivers licence and achieved many other things by just working on it. I experienced that the most difficult thing for me was starting. After you start doing something you dont even notice how fast time flies by. From learning 0mins a day for school i went to working 60mins a day for school (not including the 20mins at the morning). Im so thankful for your videos and i hope everyone reading this achieves his/her goals in their lifes.

I really appreciate the video, the gratitude journal I think I will avoid, but mindfulness I should force myself to do it for a few minutes as soon as I wake up. Also the idea of looking at the time spent in the study more than in the result seems like a very good idea, but one has to be careful not to want to overdo it by doing less at the end of the day. For push ups, if even on your knees you don't have the strength to do them, try the wall, for beginners it is very useful.

I think ive been incredbly conscouis and can rember far back as when i was year and a mounth old because i was always mindful and didnt like constant new things being thrown at i liked looking at one thing new for bit and then looking at it again for while then looking at nother thing new for while and i repeat the cycle then after realy long time i like to go back to the old things and look af them again
