They really should add a damage cap to The Market Gardener that is somewhere around 40 HP for it to not be as crazy. It is still in development, so really anything can happen to it.

except the dungeon could have been better - because the monster roster could have been better.

I don't get why Mojang is so intensely focused on not doing certain things the community wants and instead doing other things that totally change the meta and vibe of the game. It's really off-putting, but I can't forsee myself putting this game down

The crafter is essentially a Redstone version of the crafting table. And I’m happy that Minecraft is getting different wolf textures just like the cats.
I wish breeze rod is more useful, not only able to craft a mace, but also be able to craft a new potion.
That would be cool, it would probably give you the breezes power.

The Mace encourages us to become Obi Wan
The high ground is now the strongest weapon.

This is an interesting change of pace for minecraft, it’s like when snowrunner added racing and Fortnite added open world sandbox building
So, copper blocks can be covered with honeycomb to stop oxidation, does that not work with the bulbs?
Also: they STILL don’t have a function for fletching tables? At least use them for making tipped arrows!
I presume that you can wax the bulbs to freeze the oxidation level.
I think that 1.21 may be the best update we’ve got since the nether update

My Minecraft 1.21 wishlist:
-New redstone utility blocks, including rumors of a Fryer block.
-A new major boss mob equivalent to that of the Wither.
-The return of some Mob Vote features that fit with the theme, particularly the Savannah Update and the Tuff and Copper Golems.
-A new original golem. One made of material we haven’t seen before.
-A use for the fletching table and the creation of new arrows.
-A new type of redstone block.
-A new type of block with a magic aesthetic (Ex. Enchanting Table, Brewing Stand).
Also, you forgot to mention that Trial Chambers have a Cartographer Map.

i'll be dividing it into mutliple parts: Animals, Miscellaneous, Equipment, Monsters, Mob Fortress and Bosses.
*note:* let's pretend Minecraft will become a movie or TV series: i'll be viewing it through the lense of an ecosystem.
*ANIMALS*
DEER: a peaceful mob, and the much-needed wild animal for the woods (feral livestock isn't enough), and something for Wolves and other mobs to hunt.
*biomes:* Forest, Flower Forest, Birch Forest, Dark Forest, Swamp, Taiga, Mega-Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Grove, Cherry Grove, Meadow, Savannah.
*drops:* Leather, Deer Meat.
SEAL: a peaceful mob; something for the Polar Bear to hunt... but can be tamed as a pet, which can be healed with Salmon or Cod.
*biomes:* Frozen Ocean, shores of cold biomes.
*drops:* Seal Fur.
*items crafted:* Sealskin Coat.
WHALES: a peaceful mob, they only serve the purpose of bringing variety to the oceanic biomes.
*"species":* Blue Whale.
ZEBRA: a peaceful mob spawning in the Savannah. drops the same material as the Horse; but unlike it, the Zebra cannot be tamed.
MONKEY: a peaceful mob from the Jungle biome, something to give it more life - and something for the Ocelot to hunt.
WEASEL: a peaceful mob, and a small predator that hunts Rabbits.
*biomes:* same as the Rabbit, except Desert, Cherry Grove and Frozen Ocean.
BOAR: a neutral mob, and like the Deer, a much-needed wild animal for the woods. prey for many carnivores (like the Ocelot in the Jungle), but not defenseless... against fellow animals. some monsters can send herds of Boars running.
*biomes:* Forest, Flower Forest, Birch Forest, Dark Forest, Swamp, Taiga, Mega-Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Grove, Cherry Grove, Meadow, Snowy Tundra, Jungle, Savannah.
*drops:* Leather, Raw Pork Chop.
*physical description:* it uses the Hoglin model, but has black/dark grey/dark brown fur and a modified head.
SNAKE: a neutral mob that'd rather flee when attacked. corner it, however, and it will poison you with its bite.
*biomes:* all land biomes except the cold ones.
*variations:* grey with black stripes on back (temperate biomes); green with black patterns (Jungle); yellow with orange patterns, plus "horns" (Desert); light brown and black diamond patterns, plus rattle (Badlands); red, black and yellow (Flower Forest); white (Cherry Grove); black and white with a paddle-like tail (all Ocean biomes - except the cold ones); black and yellow (Mangrove Swamp).
SCORPION: a neutral mob, and WILL attack you if you attack it first. it'll try to pinch you, and its sting is venomous. do not attack!
*biomes:* Desert, Badlands.
BEAR: a neutral mob, but will attack you unprovoked if you have Honey or Salmon with you. it's attracted to Bee Hives and Bee Farms, so be on your guard if you live in a biome where this animal spawns and have a Bee Farm.
it eats Deer, Salmon, Sweet Berries and Honey. it can eke out a living even with other predators in the same habitat.
*biomes:* Forest, Flower Forest, Birch Forest, Swamp, Taiga, Mega-Taiga, Snowy Taiga, Meadow, Grove, Badlands (wooded), Rivers, Windswept Forest.
*physical description:* Polar Bear, but brown.
SHARK: a neutral mob, and the predator the Ocean biomes need. and if it's not the Polar Bear, then it's the Shark that'll eat Seals.
*"species":* Blue, Porbeagle.
CROCODILE: a neutral mob, but will sometimes attack you unprovoked; so if you see one, be on your guard.
*biomes:* Swamp, Mangrove Swamp, River (Jungle and Savannah).
ELEPHANT: a neutral mob which serves as variety for the Savannah biome. however, do not attack it: it has more health than a Ravager!
LION: a neutral mob that spawns either alone or in a pair. it hunts Cows, Boars, Deer (if alone) and Zebras. if you attack it, beware its roar: it's powerful!
*biomes:* Forest, Birch Forest, Savannah, Plains, Sunflower Plains, Jungle, Sparse Jungle.
LEOPARD: a neutral mob, and the more likely to encounter, compared to the Lion and the Tiger. it either prowls on the ground, or lurks in the trees; hunts Deer, Boars, Sheep and Pigs. its roar isn't as powerful as a Lion's, but be careful, regardless - espescially when it can pounce from above.
*biomes:* Forest, Birch Forest, Dark Forest, Savannah, Cherry Grove, Taiga and Mega-Taiga (ever heard of the Amur Leopard?).
*variant:* Snow Leopard. spawns in Snowy Taiga, Windswept Forest, Windswept Hills, Gravelly Hills, Snowy Slopes, Stony Peaks, Grove occasionally in the Meadow biomes. hunts Deer, Boars, Sheep, Pigs, Rabbits and Goats.
TIGER: a neutral mob that basically serves the same niche as the Lion; hunting Cows, Deer and Boars. its roar is stronger than the Lion's, so watch out. seeing as it shares 2 biomes with the Lion, they will fight each other in a 1v1 brawl, if the Lion's alone.
*biomes:* Bamboo Jungle, Jungle, Sparse Jungle, Cherry Grove, Taiga, Mega-Taiga and Snowy Taiga.

- the addition of the Fox and Rabbit to the following biomes: Forest, Flower Forest and Birch Forest.
particularly the former. it already has the Wolf, and it'd have the Deer, the Boar, the Bear, the Lion, the Leopard and the Weasel; typical animals you'd find in a forest... but the Fox and the Rabbit, which are also forest animals, aren't present.
- the addition of most of the mobs that didn't win the Mob Votes like the Rascal and the rest of the mobs from the 2017 vote.
- Village Guards. Villages have a Blacksmith, but beyond us players, who's using the weapons he makes?
the mod packs have Guards, so why not put them in Vanilla Minecraft? and the Golem cannot hope to protect the village all by himself;
- Chocolate. we have Cocoa Beans, but they're only good for Cookies? let me add the food item you'd expect to make with them. and with the addition of Chocolate, there'd also be the Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Cookies;
- the addition of Fried Egg and Pancakes. both would be food items made from the egg - the Pancakes being a combo of Egg, Wheat and Milk;
- the addition of Ham and Sausages, made from Raw Pork Chop.
- the addition of Lettuce;
- combining Bread, Ham and Lettuce will make the Sandwich.
- combining Bread and a Cooked Sausage will result in the Hot Dog;
- combining Baked Potatoes with Steak, Sausages or Fish in a Bowl will result in... Steak & Potatoes, Sausages & Chips and Fish & Chips.
- a waist slot. it's like the off-hand slot, but for the waist.
it's for 2 items: the Tail Flail and the Satchel (which i'll get to in the Equipment list).
- the addition of (Golden) Eagles and Owls. the former would fly during the day, the latter would come out at night.
- ambient sounds such as birds chirping and crickets in the evening and night.
- mob variations. the Sheep, Rabbit and Horse have varying colours, why not the Cow, Pig, Chicken and Llama? and perhaps there's more which could use them.
- new Capes, and all of them would be free. and especially, a customizable Cape (also free) for character creation.
the only Cape available on the Switch (let alone for free) is the Pancape... why is there only 1 Cape!?

*Sealskin Coat:* protects you from Frostbite; very useful against deep snow and 2 monsters.
*Tail Flail:* so... ever heard that the new weapon, the Mace, is coming? let me introduce the Tail Flail. made by combining the Mace with a Chain, and there'd be a new waist slot, next to the off-hand slot, for that weapon. it'll be like having an actual tail!
to use it, just rapidly tilt the right stick in a direction - or spin it around for a 360!
*Satchel:* i once suggested adding the Backpack, but given the waist slot i've come up with, why not change it into the Satchel?
it'd be crafted with 5 Leather placed the same way you place Wood Planks to make a Boat, and an Iron Nugget in the top-centre, as the button that keeps it closed.
*Fire/Ice Potion:* remember the Dragon? i'll get to it later, but the potions made from the Fire/Ice Sac are unchanged (except that Splash and Lingering variants are scrapped):
Fire/Ice Breath Potion - lets you breathe fire/ice.
*Pyromancer Potion:* crafted using a Salamander Heart, this potion lets you breathe fire, and grants you Fire Protection for a long period of time.
*Scalemail Chestplate:* a set of armour made from Dragon Scales. depending on the Dragon, it increases the resistance to Fire/Frostbite damage, and provides as much protection as an Iron Chestplate.
*Bomb:* the classic black ball with a fuse on top; made by encasing Gunpowder in 3 Iron Nuggets, and String on top.
it has the damage output and blast radius as the TNT Block, but cannot destroy blocks.
*Club:* dropped by Trolls, it can be repaired with Wood and Wood Planks, depending on the type the Club is made of.
when combined with Troll Teeth, it becomes a Spiked Club.
*Serpent Arrows:* crafted with Sea Serpent Teeth, this Arrow type is made for usage underwater, as any other arrow doesn't travel far.
*Snakeskin Helmet and Boots:* made with Sea Serpent Skin. the helmet lets you breathe underwater indefinitely, while the boots let you swim faster.
*Stinger Spear:* made with 2 Sticks and a Scorpion Tail (dropped by a Giant Scorpion), this thrusting weapon has a chance of poisoning the foe, while its reach keeps said foe at a distance.
*Thunderbird Feather:* this feather can be used to brew Slow Falling Potions - no need for Phantoms. but it can also be used to summon lightning bolts during a storm - just don't hit a Skeleton; it'll turn into a Skeleton Horseman.
*SILVER*
Silver Ore is a new ore type that's as rare as Diamond, and with good reason.
2 weapons can be crafted with this ore:
*Silver Arrows* - made by combining an Arrow with 2 Silver Nuggets on a Smithing Table.
they can kill monsters in 2 or 3 shots; and if the Bow has Power 5, they deal significant damage to Boss Mobs.
*Silver Sword* - made by combining an Iron Sword with 2 Silver Ingots on a Smithing Table.
while it deals normal damage to animals, Illagers and Villagers, it's more effective on monsters - as strong as an Iron Sword with Sharpness 2/3; and if enchanted with Sharpness, it can only go up to Sharpness 1/2.
should the Silver Sword run out of durability, it'd revert back to an Iron Sword, but with half its durability, so make sure you repair it before using 2 Silver Ingots on the Smithing Table.

It’s funny how two of my favorite games are going to one of their most important update, grounded is getting its 1.4 update, and 1.21 for Minecraft, it’s sad however since it’s going to be grounded’s last update😢
I remember when it got announced It was the breaking point for me since all they announced was trial chambers and armadillo but with all these new features this update got me back into minecraft and is my 3rd fav update aldready (1.16 and 1.18 are first and second respectively)

I like how he uses zelda ocarina of time soundtrack as the background music as he explains the trial chamber, It makes me feel so nostalgic since zelda has been one of my favorite games of all time, and the theme makes me think that this update could be inspired from zelda games. also the new mace reminds me of the megaton hammer that you can get from fire temple

Lately I put a challenge for myself, to get rid of all skulk in a deep dark city, so seeing the skulk in trial chamber almost triggered me 😅
I honestly like the idea of the trial chambers. However I still want them to update Dungeons. At least improve them a tad. Maybe add a subtle hint that there is one near without there just being a horde of a mobs out of nowhere.
