Looks so good. One reminder....pull the cord out of the wall by the plug and not the cord. I forget sometimes too. Your appliance will last longer.

I was a big fan of Tom but he's become so toxic with all the anti things he spouts off. Regardless of being really connected to him you seem to have such a loving kind heart. What Tom doesn't get is that as souls our true nature is love. And that means love for all God's creatures great and small. When we pass away and she'd the skin suits we'll remember who we really are. And when we do our life reviews we get to feel how we made other people feel with our words and our deeds. So that we don't repeat the same mistakes that we failed so miserably here on schoolroom Earth. ❤❤❤❤❤

Need a screaming hot wok or cast iron pan for a proper sear and stir fry! You way overcrowded the pan which cools it down and steams the meat rather sear to lock in flavor and moisture. You did good on velveting the meat, but the whole point of velveting in to tenderize a cheap cut of beef. Most of us can no longer afford ribeye due to high inflation from the zombie that folks preferred over mean tweets....I miss my ribeye!
